Honestly this time considering the endings of ME3 I wouldn't want a save import feature.
I think the best thing for BW is to simply to make an ending canon and move on from there. I would prefer Destroy since it's the only one that let the galaxy survive by defeating the Reapers and has the potential for the franchise to continue. Honestly they should mention it at the beginning and then simply forget about it setting it a thousand years after so that everyone from the trilogy is dead. I would like to move forward so let's forget about a ME Keep and just be free for the writer to push the story ahead.
