I've been trying to upload my chars.But it isn't working ....

mine wasn't uploading either (checked it this afternoon) and i was playing last night. if you saved it properly, told it to upload your character, etc., you should be fine. i think bioware might just be backlogged. the faq section has some more detailed answers as well.
