I very highly doubt that 's case. That's a tremendous step backwards in security and information protection. Most likely, it was ****** poor understanding of military procedure.Or perhaps the Alliance navy utilizes more flexible security procedures then you are assuming.
Ashley's racist remarks were spot on?

I'm curious. In ME1, do you let Rear Admiral Mikhailovich inspect the Normandy? I usually tell him to get lost because it amuses me, unless it's a first playthrough and I want the XP.

Yep and that upsets the uber-sensitive gamers.

I always tell him to beat it, and I never show him any real deference. I don't have respect for him for pulling rank (or trying too). Plus, my Shepard isn't a fan of the alliance either.I'm curious. Yeah, but unless 6 billion people are in your pocket, what choice do you have
Run faster than that bear, run down a hill (bears have shorter front "arms", they struggle on a downward slope), try to inflict as much damage as I can while my dog distracts it(e.g. eyes), try to look as big and menacing as I can and growl at the big guy, aaaand that's about it.

Bears can run more than twice as fast as we can, uphill, downhill and along slopes.

I have to say the, best thing to do is to avoid the bear. It will run faster than you, and it will not be intimidated by you. Be loud. Bears are naturally shy, and even an aggressive hungry male will more than likely leave.Run faster than that bear, run down a hill (bears have shorter front "arms", they struggle on a downward slope), try to inflict as much damage as I can while my dog distracts it(e.g. eyes), try to look as big and menacing as I can and growl at the big guy, aaaand that's about it.

That whole bit feels like some kind of test to see if you've been putting points toward your persuasion so you can get through the entirety of his dialogue and sway him (I always can), but telling him to clear the gangway is just super satisfying.

you don't 'fast track' a security clearance. It takes months (if not a year) to pass it. It was just poor understanding of military procedure.
And likely some of that too.

I suppose I could wrestle it like the Texas ranger, but I'm no Chuck Norris. I am, however, more intelligent than your average bear and can fit in places he can't. So, it all depends on terrain and location, really.

That's Possible, though still conjecture, there's still enough reasonable explanations for ashley's smooth transfer to the Normandy, but once again all in the realm of conjecture.

Then why did he enlist in the Alliance to begin with?

Eh, PC isn't entirely bad. If I wasn't on my phone, I'd link you my survey I made for my Senior thesis where people who were 'opposed' to PC only disliked about 10-15% of it. Only the extreme ideologues are entirely for or against PC. But that said, I get what you're saying and agree.Massively, Massively my fellow Cerberus tovarishch. That's the idea, being loud. I hardly expect a bear to sh*t himself when he sees me but they aren't big on taking chances unless they're desperate. Being outnumbered and out yelled might make him not want to test the waters (if he only knew...)
