Laurelin Lavellan is a young dalish mage from the Ilan clan and the keeper's first, also sister of one of the clan's hunters Auren.
Since childhood Laurelin was dismissed for her unusual features, particularly her eyes and a birthmark that resembles a wolf's head,as she's considered cursed by the trickster god Fen'Harel.
As a result, her clan mates would often refer to her as Fen'Adhal'en(wolf of the forest) and others would go as far as taunt her, despite being confronted by her over-protective brother Auren, soon after.
Laurelin cares deeply for her brother since he's the only family she has ever known and the only person that cares for her, besides the Keeper of the clan.

Laurelin spends much time in the forest alone, usually reading about the ancient lore practising old magic and observing the creatures that dwell in it.
As a result she's also a talented shape-shifter another skill taught to her by the keeper, even though she rarely uses that particular ability.
She consider's Dirthamen, the keeper of secrets to be her patron god and named her raven Har'el(means feared or to deceive)in his honor, for subduing the ravens of the fade fear and deceit.

She's rather curious about humans and other civilizations, despite her brother's warning to stay away from them.

As for the Clan,I think being emissaries from the Ilan clan would work better RP-wise,If Artemis agrees.

Sounds great!

Emissaries it is! The official story is that Clan Illan expected a message from Keeper Orrel in response to a query, but the answer never came. The two clans have always considered themselves close - sister clans, even - and the Keeper of clan Illan grew worried as days passed with no answer. Given your unique abilities, and those of your brother, you were deemed best suited to navigate the forest to seek out Keeper Orrel's clan. When you reached the place the clan was said to be camped, you found the camp deserted, but the Keeper did say that they may have gone to Vintiver to trade at the annual harvest fair. You set off for Vintiver to find them.

Shapeshifting isn't really part of the official ruleset for the game, but there are precedents contained in the adventure included with the Game Masters' Kit. According to that, Shapeshifting might be considered a Talent, with skill levels Novice (available at third level), Journeyman (available at fifth level), and Master (available at seventh level). Each corresponds to a new shape. Transitioning into or out of that shape would cost you 3 Mana Points. As with the video game version, you would retain your intelligence and the ability to communicate, but you would be unable to cast spells in animal form. The shapeshifting talent won't be available to you until you reach third level, but the Magic(Shapeshifter) focus would be available at first. Which means that you would be able to change into a new shape, but that the animal would not have combat abilities. So, shall we say that at first level, the Magic(Shapeshifter) focus allows you to transform into a ferret (or a raven, if you have an affinity for them), at journeman, the talent allows you to transform into a souped up dire wolf, and at journeyman level, you can transform into a bear? We'll have to come up with some kind of suitable creature for master level, but it will be a while before we need to worry about that.

Does that sound fair?

Omg, he's going to give her such a convoluted of what the Circle of Magi is like. "It's this amazing, beautiful place where mages may roam, free from the worries of their power and the dangers of the outside world~"

Do you want to give her wolf eyes for real? The eye texture is available.

I really love these Q&As, So here's Laurelins.
1.What colour best represents them?

Green:Practical, down to earth with a love for nature.Stable generous and compassionate - good to have around during a crisis as she remains calm and takes control of the situation until it is resolved.

2.If they were an animal, which would they be?

Definitely a wolf,Laurelin evolves from a lone-wolf(an outcast) to the alpha female of the pack(the keeper's first).

3.Which music genre would best describe your Inquisitor?

Celtic folk music, there's a song in particular "king of the fairies"that always reminds me of Laurelin,

4.What season reflects their personality best?

Early Spring:When it's neither cold nor hot, when the snow begins to melt and the flowers to bloom.

5.If your Inquisitor was a force of nature, what kind would they be? (hurricane, earthquake, etc.)

An earthquake,A very powerful one!

6.What’s their alignment?

Chaotic Good

7.Which element best describes them?

Earth

8.What scent would they be associated with, if any?

Flowers, honey and the smell of the dirt after it rains since she spends a lot of time outdoors.

9.Are they better with children, animals, or neither?

So far she really good with animals, which makes sense since she's also a shape-shifter.

10.What’s the Inquisitor’s favourite food?

She loves sweet and sour flavours like raspberry sauce but she always uses herbs when she cooks.Laurelin also likes wine.

11.Can they cook?

She's an excellent cook, mostly due to her advanced skills in herbalism.

12.Do they have any hobbies?

She enjoys walking in the forest. Also Birdwaching,or animal watching in general.Laurelin also loves singing and dancing. She'll often dance to various Dalish tunes played by her clanmates, around the campfire.

13.Are they very fashion-conscious or more practical?

Practical, but not without maintaining her prestige,as the keeper's first she get's to adorn her outfit with the finest furs.

14.Are they neat or unorganised?

Extremely organized, however in a rather chaotic manner.

19. What’s your Inquisitor’s opinion on each of the various races, if any?

She's rather curious about other races, humans included despite being contantly warned to stay away from them

she's seen both Dwarves and Qunari, but from afar.
