Witcher 3 and Bloodborne are real tempting, but if I'm stuck with one between now and 2016, I'd need the one with the highest replay value. DA:I would have enough incentive for multiple playthroughs and I'd probably get the most volume of content. The other 2 could take a while(DS1 took me 80 hours), but it's hard to gauge. The game I'm more excited about is bloodborne, but I'd stick with DA:I for the question in mind.

X-Com is a great series if they do another I hope they spend more time fixing bugs/glitches then they did with X-Com:EW.SWTOR/ possibly WoW/XCOM. Would make me such a casual gamer.

Fallout 4 (assuming it releases within the specified time period). Pretty much the only game on the horizon I'm truly looking forward to.
DA:I and ME4 would have been in the running had DA2 and ME3 not happened.
So definitely Fallout 4.
