Vivienne, Sera, and probably Cassandra for my somewhat typical girl-power party, although Cassandra's up for debate on how much I like her banter (I just like Vivi and Sera a lot so they're in no matter).
It's going to be slightly more difficult to decide the lineup this time because a)everyone's so fascinating, especially all 3 mages and 
both my first playthrough and my canon will be mages, and I don't want to overload on the squishies.
What I want to know Bioware is who are the rivals in this game? You know what I mean. It happens in every Bioware game so who are the 2 companions I should take for the hilarious banter? 
I'll probably roll with Varric and Cassandra 90% of the time. Varric because he's the ultimate bro and Cassandra because she is obviously going to be a wonderful character and a mighty tank. My fourth will totally depend on what kind of character I end up playing... and I haven't quite figured that out yet. Too many appealing options

Out of the three I would take Viv. She will be part of my all girl party featuring femquis, Sera, Cassandra and of course Viv.

Someone has to lock pick chests. So Varric. If he cant lock pick , then Vivi. Sorry Blackwell , I play Melee chars as first playthrough always.
depends on my play-through first play-through will be Varric the whole way through as Cas will be mine warrior the whole way through
2nd play-through will have Blackwall replace Cas and Sera will replace Varric
other play-throughs who knows
There is only one actual character to choose from (Varric) since none of the other ones have appeared in DA games before. Cassandras cut scene does not count.
From that list? Varric but my party will be Sera, IB and Dorian.

Right now it's Sera, Cassandra, and Vivienne, with the possibility of Varric occasionally taking Viv's spot, as I do like to rotate party members a little bit from time to time. But of the 3, definitely Vivienne over Varric and Blackwall.
Of the listed, definitely Varric, since I actually know what his personality's like, with Vivienne at a close second. My party will probably be Mage Inquisitor, Dorian, Iron Bull, and Varric. I'll rotate Cole and Varric as party rogue.
Varric will definitely be in my party a lot.
I'm hoping I can like everyone else just as much as I like Origins' characters.
