Liara gives Ash/Kaidan bad intel? When is this?

She doesn't. He simply made up some BS to make her look bad, as usual.

It's also hilarious to see that the same people who whine about too much Liara in the story complain that see didn't do enough as the Shadow Broker.

At 106 years old, I don't date older women...but for someone who lives over a thousand years,  I'm madly in love with (kid) Liara

Hey, she's an alien -- I don't expect her to have all the EXTREMELY HIGH VIRTUES of an [infallible] human!   Seems to me, she can be tender (with that CAT’s PAW voice  ) – and FIRM in combat  .  She’s no pushover, that’s for sure.

IMO, she is the most diplomatic in civil conversation – yet brutal with enemies.

As to the question of this thread -- when it comes to “hating Liara” – some of us can read between the lines. ;)

----besides she has 5 fingers (not 3 claws)

You must think museums are really creepy then.

Those aren't taken in the way Liara takes them.

2.) Liara's apartment is not a museum. Museums are public places to view history (usually), Liara kept it in her apartment.

It's just a theory, nothing proven. It is, however, admitted that Liara kept information about Tali's feelings for Shepard from him in order to increase her chances with him.

It's just following the conclusion to it's logical finish. Two years is a long time to not say "I went on a mission and gave Shepard's body to Cerberus, they said they're going to revive him." Gotta wonder why she didn't do that...

Those two things aren't mutually exclusive, you know. Just look at what we got: Liara was shoehorned and given a lot of unnecessary shilling and plot relevance, and as a Shadow Broker, she does a crappy job of it. She's thrust on us as the bestie.

The romanced version might be different, but this video puts you on lie.

Really, this again?

Horizon, the whole "you're with Cerberus!" treatment? And you'd give these people the information? Do I really need to point out why that is a bad idea?

Being more competent Broker(I still maintain she does plenty, mind you) means seeing her more.

Is that what you really want?

What..? I'm not even a Liaramancer and even I think this debate is going in ridiculous directions.

They were clearly joking about Liara "hiding information" about Tali's affections. Why do I see it as a joke? 1) Because It was probably obvious to everyone on the Normandy (its even obvious to us) that Tali had a soft spot for Shepard upon first getting to know him. 2) Liara wasn't an information broker at the time lol... 3) No one, including Liara, has an obligation to play wingman to his lovelife. Shep obviously saw the relationship through without any interference. Whats the big deal.

Also, are you asking why Liara didn't tell anyone about giving Shep's body to Cerberus? Because it's sketchy. And no one could be confident that Proj. Lazarus is a guaranteed success.

What about telling Shepard's mother(for those who play a spacer)? What right does Liara have not telling her? And had the project failed Liara would most likely never know  it failed leaving Shepard's mother never knowing what happening to her daughter/son. If the project did fail we don't know if Cerberus would ever return the body

And what would the Alliance have done? Where would they look? No one knows where Shepard's body is. The location where he/she is would most likely be as hard to find as  Chronos.

If that's the case why didn't the Alliance use them to find the SR1 remains? Apparently it wasn't found till Hackett sent an email to Shepard that a scan found the remains of the wreckage.

Hackett's mails says their scans have turned out the remains of the Normandy. Doesn't specify when.

If it was before Shepard was alive, then I would be curious as to why he didn't send anyone to checkout the wreckage.

Still, what gives T'soni the right not to tell Shepard's mother? Or even to Ashley/Kaidan if they're a LI? Or even Anderson since he and Shepard were close?

I would suspect(and only my guess) that she didn't tell anyone because the people she knows on the SR1, she built up a frendship with them and didn't want to jeopardize losing those friendships.

Why do some Liaramancers constantly post pics of Liara's children, Liara in sexual dresses/positions, essays about why she is the "best LI "or "canon romance", obnoxious memes or gifs etc?

While I never liked Liara, I didn't really dislike her until I joined the BSN. And while other mancers do it too, Liaramancers really take the cake. All of this really just throws more and more fuel into the fire and just further antagonizes people. So what's the point?

I mean, I know she kinda got spoonfed to us ( ME1 she helps Shepard decode the Prothean thing. ME3 she pops up A LOT )

but that doesn't make her a bad character.

I found her to be interesting- especially her evolution from a scared scientist to a strong, resourceful individual.

I didn't hate her during my first playthrough of ME1. But, it was annoying that I had to replay the game due to her ninjamancing my Shep. The hate came around ME2 when Bioware decided to hijack my Shepard for his interactions with her. Then ME3, she just overstayed her freaking welcome in a major way.  <_<

@DeLoria, they fail to realize that their obnoxious fanboy/girlism is a contributing factor in why so many would like to see Liara die in a fire.

I was dead. I don't care what happens to my friggin body, much less my worldly possession.

Looting and body mutilation is actually a serious crime and while you might not care, your friends and family might think otherwise.

I highly recommend watching the romanced version, she flat out admits it.

As for the second part, I literally have no idea what you're talking about? Are you saying Kaidan wouldn't have believed Liara? Your logic is more than unsound, it is completely AWOL

No, I don't want to see her more. You're missing the entire point of the conversation: We constantly have a weak, ineffective Shadow Broker thrust into our face as the canon bestie. There are two problems (1.) She's terrible as Shadow Broker and 2.) She gets too much screen time, that aren't exclusive. That's all

Precisely. Miranda was absolutely doubtful that Shepard could be revived when Liara gave her the body. She told her that Cerberus may not be able to restore Shepard and that the body is in worse shape than expected - it took Wilson and TIM to convince her that it is possible. It would have been cruel to give Shepards family/friends that false hope (that's why she only informed Hackett).

Do I constantly post meaningless memes/gifs of muh waifu? No, if anything I post reaction gifs and those at least contain an actual joke.
