While speculating on the details of DA:I is fun, I am going to suggest a different destraction. I want you to come up with the worst twist ending possible that would ruin the whole series. Need an example: Cullen was a ghost the whole time.

The entire thing was a dream conjured up by a hunger demon that ensnared a peasant in Lothering (the peasant is always human).

You will have to choose between purple, orange and yellow, nothing matters on what you choose though until you get a dlc pack.

All the demons are actually guys in costumes trying to scare people, and in the end the Inquisitor runs through the woods and finds a car at the side of the road.

Hang on I've got a thing for this.

Yep, after the credits of Inquisition there's a final cutscene that reveals the entire Dragon Age trilogy has been Varric telling a story to a child. DA2 was a story in a story the entire time.

Also the twist is that Ser Samuel L. Jackson was setting himself to be the supervillain to Ser Bruce Willis' superhero.

Wouldn't that actually make DA2 a story in a story in a story? (Varric telling the child the story of Varric telling Cassandra the story of how Varric met Hawke [and mad parties happened])

It ends with David Gaider waking up from a fever dream after realizing an evil fairy had cursed him to eternal sleep unless true love's kiss awakens him, he's still got his face but aurora's body, dress, and hair, Jensen Ackles with Steve Valentine's voice is the handsome prince, and it ends with them looking at the screen and saying to the player: "I told you Alistair never loved you"

The World of Dragon Age is actually the planet "Chohe" from Mass Effect. Some untold cataclysm stripped the atmopshere and destroyed all life on the planet untold millennia ago.

Shale hires a bunch of mages to open the vale so all the demons can kill the birds and when we confront Shale, we find out she is actually a giant bird trapped in a Golem.

Right after the end it shows a little kid waking up in real life it turns out it dreamt the whole thing. The kid looks like the Catalyst from Mass effect 3. Both stories were a lie.

Blurgh.

I can see Varric pitching this to Hawks and Co.
" What does that have to do with High town? Aaor Kirkwall for that matter?"

The disaster that led to the Inquisitor manifesting his powers were orchestrated by the big bad who's looking for his opposite in order to validate their existence, and believes the Inquisitor to be their arch nemesis since their abilities are two halves of a coin.

Unbreakable is pretty good. it's an underrated superhero film.

*Sigh* This is actually the opposite of bad.

I just noticed the stipulation that these be the worst endings. I was just throwing out twists. I'd giggle with glee if DAI ended like The Bard's Tale; but then again I suppose we got that with Hawke's Story.

Umm. You might be thinking of a different actor...

Nothing after the explosion is real. It's just the Inquisiotr being mind controlled by an ultra powerful darkspawn blood mage.
