Umm. You might be thinking of a different actor...
Oh damn I did put Morgan Freeman. Well it should be a reference to Unbreakable.

The maker(or maybe sandel) shows up at the end and offers a choice of red, blue or green....
To restore the veil and save Thedas, the Inquisitor must travel to the Golden City through a blood magic ritual performed by Flemeth. Once there, he meets The Maker.
The Maker explains that he was the one who created the tear, and he did this in order to "restart" the world of Thedas. He is disgusted with the actions and atrocities of the Dragon Age and believes that Thedas' civilizations are beyond salvation. He also can no longer stand to see the Darkspawn, for he sees them as poor creatures that are subject to horrible fates because of the mistakes of men many, many years ago. The tear was to destroy and burn the world, so from its ashes new life can begin. He also explains this is the most merciful end to the Darkspawn, who are the poor result of arrogant men, the same arrogance that angered The Maker.
The Maker realizes the Inquisitor is the avatar of Thedas, and recognizes him as a world changing force, one that he has not seen since his holy bride Andraste.
He gives the Inquisitor 3 choices to save Thedas.
1) A destructive surge of The Maker will sweep the land, killing all mages, demons, and darkspawn alike. It will destroy the lands and permanently severe the connection between the physical world and The Fade. There will no longer be any magic, involved in the world of Thedas, and the darkspawn eradicated. From there, civilization must maintain and rebuild themselves, if they can.
2) The Inquisitor sacrifices his/her essence and corporeal form to become an Old God, one that can command demons and darkspawn alike. The Inquisitor will die, but when they ascend to become an Old God, they will call back the demons into the Fade, and call all the Darkspawn to the very core of the world, where they will thoroughly be scorched into extinction.
3) Humanity, Elven-kind, Dwarven-kind, Qunari, and any other sapient beings will morph/synthesize with the Darkspawn. You can say they become similar to Grey Wardens. In return, the Darkspawn will understand humanity, and will freely decide to stop following the call of the Old Gods. As a united force, the civilizations of Thedas and the Darkspawn will drive back the demons, restore the veil through Old God magic, and restore the lands and usher in a new age of Peace, Understanding, and Prosperity.
O wait..
The Inquisition is just a smokescreen, behind the scenes Cory is really the leader of the Inquisition and they aren't inquisitive at all....shocker! There hatching a plan to bring down the black city on Thedas!
What did this guy direct btw? I don't watch crap movies, and I'm not a big fan of the US twist (the plot twist and the dance).

Pretty sure it was the sixth sense. where(dramatic voice) the kid was dead the whole time.... or whatever
Despite the fact it'd make no sense, the Inquisitor is the OGB. Morrigan gave birth to a character generator.
Either that or the OGB found it's current vessel inadequate and decided to possess the Inquisitor.
The Warden and Hawke the the Big Bads and we have to kill them. It would be everything the Developers promised - not just a Cameo, but a plot-relevant, highly important Thing. They realized what a Shithole the World is and try to end it. Sarcastic Hawke may do it just for Shits and Giggles.
The big bad somehow planned all this to happen 2 games in advance and also planned for you to fight off hoard of demons and templars agains all odds. Everything he did to oppose you was just an act to convince you it was all real. Then he fights you one on one even though you just took out whole armys of demons, templars, and mages.
The qunari invade the mages and Templars fight and just as everything is coming to a head, everyone gets killed by centaurs who apparently have always been a race on thedas, just no one thought they were worth mentioning. They are led by a centaur who looks just like Anne Hathaway with a horse butt and full Templar armor.

Hands down, this wins.
The original Inquisitor has been dead all along, a fade spirit has taken over his body.

Oh lol, everyone takes that as a Bruce Willis film! Overshadowed director. The main character was dead the whole time
.
Dragon Age being directed by Stephen Chow would be funnier
.
It was all a dog's dream.

The original Inquisitor has been dead all along, a fade spirit has taken over his body.
To be honest, that actually sounds like a seriously awesome Twist in my Opinion.

Just as DA2 was all Varric's imagination, DAI is all Solas's imagination. Which explains why all characters, male and female, progressively lose their hair throughout the story until they become completely bald by the end. The glare coming off their shiny heads confuses dragons and causes them to crash to their death into buildings. Thus the game is won.

Actually I gotta agree, especially given the circumstances that make the twist all the more plausible.
As we zoom out we see that all of thedas is inside a snow globe which is for sale at aramali imports on the citadel.
The original Inquisitor has been dead all along, a fade spirit has taken over his body.
I really hope this isn't the case. They can come up with something better than that.
