I'm not sure this is the place for help but here's what happened.

 

1. I had Mass Effect 3 on PC and imported my Mass Effect 2 game fine.

2. Played a lot of Multiplayer and some singleplayer matches. My achievements appeared just fine on N7HQ.

3. I had backed up my saves since my computer was going to die.

4. Reinstalled the game on Origin on a different PC and manually copied my save games (ME2 and ME3) there.

5. Played multiplayer just to see if everything was fine.

 

I checked N7HQ and all my achievements are gone.  I'm not bitter about it, but just wanted to understand what happened.

I believe there was a bug that if you played with an un-updated game, ie one before the challenge system was added, it could overwrite the challenge/achievement data.

I played the game with the latest version (all the multiplayer DLCs) on both instances though.  My achievements show up on Origin just fine.  It's nowhere in N7HQ.  My challenges (or at least the ones I completed) are intact.  So, I'm left confused by the whole ordeal.

Can you link me to the N7 HQ profile it happened on? Is it the WiiU one linked on your profile here?

As an update, I'm going through a trilogy run and now I'm in ME3 and it seems that my achievements are not unlocking anymore.  Oh well.

Update: Looks like my achievements are back.  The game synced after a multiplayer game so i guess that's the end of this issue.
