I am talking to you Bioware. If you want to make it right, I hope there will be a update that will fix this issue, but dont think it will be coming as it is a big issue to fix. I cant say that I am never going to play another game from Bioware anymore but dont expect another preorder from me.

For the love of god, everything you are complaining about has been known for a LONG time if you bothered reading the forums. We were told well in advance about no top-down camera for the consoles, and there have been several gameplay videos showing how the console controls work.

You should have known better before you bought an RPG for the console if you wanted something with tactical depth (see: console RTS).

Tbh I'm glad that it's eventually console gamers that are getting the ****ty end of the stick.
I'm not speaking for ALL console gamers but as a demographic they like their games simple, uncomplicated and action oriented. Not to mention the fact that the PC has native mouse support and a possible 100 mappable buttons VS your console's 6-8 button gamepad.
It is sad that console gamers pay a lot more per game. £15 more in some cases. That fact alone almost completely neutralises the "PC's are more expensive" arguement. £200-300 for a console brand new, if you buy 1 game per month with a +£15 limit, thats £180 so we're already up around the £500 mark. Ok, still cheaper than a good PC but for that figure + less than half of it, you get so much more a PC.
Ok, so I'm off track, but the point is, I'm sorry your game experience turned out bad, but I'm so glad Bioware stayed true to their home fans, the PC guys.

Fortunately they didn't do the usual. That is make an action game for the consoles and then poorly port it to the PC. This a PC game and some aspects of that wouldn't work on consoles. I'm glad Bioware didn't forget the audience that gave them their reputation. That would have been all too easy given today's gaming market.

My friend, I for one am soooooooo GLAD that they got it right for the PC. If they tried to accomodate consoles for the same type of game all we would have is a bull**** consolized experience. The PC market is saturated with bad console ports.

dude, that's all so criminally ignorant i don't even know where to begin. First off, without Consoles there wouldn't be Dragon Age in the first place, period. To ridicule console players for paying more money and beeing straight out too dumb to play "real games" is so ****ed up, it lets me assume you're 12 years old. The PC Market is dead because 90% of the PC-Playerbase just plays pirated copys, so better be ****ing THANKFUL, that there are console versions, and better pray that this sells good despite the console versions beeing flawed, because if this doesn't sell on consloles you won't see a sequel.

You can't issue simultaneous movement commands while paused, but need to move each character separately.

Utter nonsense. This game has been in development for the last 7 years. It was meant to be a PC exclusive at first. They have only been working on the console ports for maybe 2 years at most. And they only anncounced the console versions in the last year of development (more like 8-9 months really).Ingrimm22 wrote...

Lol. We have a winner.
Did I say ALL console gamers are stupid? Did I even use the word stupid in my post? Get a grip man. Console games are generally simpler than the average PC game. Fact. Thats why companies play to MARKET DEMOGRAPHICS and build games based around them.
And if consoles didn't exist, there would just be more and more better PC games, that argument is moot.
Also, I think you need to spend some time in an English class.
Tool.

and why did they feel it to be necessary to develop a console version and postpone the pc-version for a year, hmm? What do you think?

90%? You better have a credible source or else you're the one people will assume is criminally ignorant. Sure, there's piracy that occurs, but I take exception to someone claiming that 9 out of 10 PC gamers are thieves.
