I have the PC version and my question is there away to get the team members volume up, when I talk to them or they talk to me its almost unheardable over the background noise, i have tried to lower sound effect and everything but nothing works.

All I can suggest is getting better speakers or getting gaming headphones.

I gor it to work, I had to change my speaker properties, in the advanced tab, the default format was set at 16 bit, 44100hz, and I set it to 24bit 192000hz, I also set in the enhancement tab, i checked Bass mangement, room correction (and ran the setup for it) and loudness Equilzation. And one of those fixed, but sound is alot greater, and clearer.

Oh yeah I am also using win7 x64

For future reference the bit rate and sampling rate had nothing to do with it.
