Of my three potential Inquisitors, I can only really see one having a romantic relationship, and that's my noble/diplomatic mage. So either Cullen, or, if he's available, maybe Dorian, though that also depends on the dynamic he has with the Inquisitor.

Dwarf lady Inquisitor: Varric

 

Qunari lady Inquisitor: Iron Bull

 

and another lady Inquisitor of unknow race for Dorian or Blackwall. Cullen may became a choice if he is a little more interesting this time, but is the last choise.

 

For the male Inquisitors, I still have no idea. Need to know better the ladies, first.

Definitely Sera, and Leliana would've been a great option also.  Also, we don't know enough about the girl beside Sera yet, so that's a maybe on her for now.

On the female side, Sera is definitely the most interesting to me.
