CSMG has to be terrible against the Collectors, right?

I got a question? Anyone every play QFE/Collectors/Rio/CSMG/level one consumables/solo? I highly suggest folks try it a few times. :)

On console it's manageable until you're trying to put all those shots on a target's head then transition to the next target's head. Accuracy and target transition in game definitely go to the CSMG for me anyways. It does have slight recoil but very manageable in comparison to the Hurricane. It's never as easy as on paper DPS at least not for me personally. Maybe it's much easier to compensate for the recoil on PC.

Incorrect. To switch targets you let go of the fire button until you find another target, scope in and continue shooting. This applies to all weapons except shotguns, cause many shotguns don't seem to lose accuracy when not scoped in? Thus you only need to train muscle memory to kick in once you scope in. Moving to a target while scoped in & shooting on a recoil weapon like the Lancer really makes things much harder to adjust too in my opinion. So... when I see a target in the distance, say a Cerberus Turret, with the Lancer and no stability bonus whatsoever, I find the perfect aim first, then quick scope and shoot at the same time. Leaving my thumb to develop a mind of it's own and always countering the recoil just right every time with me not even thinking about it. Aim adjusting while shooting really makes it harder, on say a dodging Cerb Trooper. Where I'd wait until he lands in the new spot then continue shooting again.

And yes, the Hurricane I consider a very extreme case of recoil. Makes the Lancer feel perfectly stable.
