NWN2 was made by Obsidian.
LOL, probably should have looked that up, too. I didn't play either NWN game. In fact, I've only played BG and DA.

I'd like to point out that Dragon Age Origins came out before Mass Effect 2. Obviously, you tried to list each game in order of release date.
Ah, I thought I might have mixed those up. Can't do anything about it now though. The forum lets me add and remove options, but not rearrange them.

I voted for Irenicus, 'cause I figured he'd get the most votes, but honestly, I don't much care about any of them. It's the playable characters that I enjoy.

...I'm rather surprised that the Illusive Man has received any votes. I guess that's entirely due to his ME2 persona.

Actually overall I'd say most people like ME3 its just the ending left a lot to be desired, and there is still many fans with a huge interest in the franchise which is why its getting another game.*insert every argument against Mass 3 and the fall of the franchise here*
On-topic: Malak and Saren where the best villains since since the only Bioware games I played are kotor and the ME trilogy. Harbinger was a terrible villain since he spent most of the time trash talking like a school yard bully, you couldn't take him seriously.

I voted by Irenicus. I think Loghain and the Illusive man were largely better but significantly ruined by plot twists or decisions that did not quite feel authentic.

-Didn't play Baldur's Gate
-Didn't play Baldur's Gate II
-Didn't play Neverwinter Nights
-In KOTOR, Malak was okay, but he never INTERESTED me.
-I answered Saren because of a bunch of reasons, but Sun Li... man, I wish I could remember my Jade Empire experience better, because I KNOW there's good stuff there
-Harbinger was meh, but the promise of him was there, so of course it disappointed so many that he wasn't much in ME3, despite how he was in ME2
-Loghain is boring
-Meridith... well, she's cool, but I'll really have to get back to you after Inquisition ![]()
-The Illusive Man was never as good as he could have been. Alright. Good even. But not great.

I have it on Steam, just need to make the time!
Oh and on Xbox.
I got to the Chapter about Death's Hand or something? Chapter 4ish? Basically 2/3 or more.

Voting for post kotor games only, I'd go with Saren. He is devious and formidable and fights for the wrong cause. That's the difference with Sun Li and Loghain. Sun Li's story is basically a very well crafted power grab. Loghain same thing, not so well planned though.
Malak is like Revan's stupid little brother that bites more than he can chew. If you play dark side you totally outclass him.

More like 3/4, it's not actually a very long game, especially as Bioware titles go.I have it on Steam, just need to make the time!

You have to respect a man's conviction when he learns that his long lost daughter is standing in front of him, and then he proceeds to kick your ass anyways.

Irenicus has the most quotable quotes for me all backed up by David Warner, so I'm gonna have to vote for him.

Easily the Glorious Strategist -- The only one whose motivations made sense if viewing from his point of view, and spent a lot of time, working up this plot of his, with such delicate precision, that he'd live up to his title. An excellent antagonist.
A antagonist does not need to be sympathetic, to be a good villain, which is what Sun Li proved. He just needs to 100 % committed to his own schemes, they need to make sense to him and his background, or alternatively. He just needs to reflect everything the opposite of what the heroes stand for and with the right execution, it'll turn out brilliantly. Evidently, his backstory needs to back up with some reasoning for his plan, that is to say -- Not reasoning that needs to make sense for people of opposite ideologies, but something of which makes sense to him and potentially, but not must, makes sense for the stability of the world.
