Suun the Chasind Chief was a berserker.
After a rival Chasind tribe slaughtered his kin, he left the swamps at a young age of 16, and found his way through the Frostbacks to Orzamar.
During his journeys in the Frostbacks, Suun met an Avvar tribe and hunted with them for a moon or two (month). When he left, a mabari friend took a liking to him, and was allowed to keep. They walked and fought until they reached the home of the dwarves.
At that time the Dwarva of Orzamar were celebrating a proving under their proud king Ragnan Aeducan, and as a warrior, Suun decided to test his youth. He signed up for the tournament. Impressed by the young Chasind's ferocity and blood lust, the Dwarf King taught the young man the art of rage. Grateful to the dwarves, Suun decided to return home and exalt vengeance on the rival tribe.
He passed through the Avvar tribe again, and taught them the Berserk, in return they would help him exalt vengeance. These Avvar would become the ash-warriors.
Suun and his friends entered the marshes. It's cold was quickly burned away by the hot anger blazing in their hearts. When they arrived at the village, the carnage was so great that they would later paint themselves in ash. To signal only destruction.
Now the Inquisitor arrives at Suun's new tribe, asking for his allegiance.
