Surely you can get the damage bonus if you simply go Cloak -> CB -> Sticky -> Claymoar? There's 2.5 seconds for that.

yea, tried that, but off host, sometimes I can't get the combo fast enough, so better safe than sorry

as for what psic0 said, that would probably work on close range targets, but I tend to run into problems with the sticky nade detonating before CB on targets more than 10ish meters away and you end up losing the extra 800-900 damage from the CB debuff

Did you ever use a full-auto gun on an infiltrator off host? How many times did you get the full cloak duration then?

I've only got this bug when I was using one shot guns (Javelin, M-98 Widow, ...). You've got the right idea. You cloak and fire immediately - the way you would on host and the way it works. But because of the off host lag, the shot doesn't count as cloaked, so you're stuck with the full duration unless you manage to squeeze in another cloak-breaking action... or you wait for 0.5-1 second before firing your shot. I've not had cloak problems off host ever since I figured this out.

It doesn't seem like it is simply tied to the weapon to me, the action of breaking cloak immediately with a power seems to trigger it.

I think a beginner making guides for beginners is the wrong kind of beginning to begin with.

Isn't it ironic that those that commonly play against predictable, AI controlled enemies fancy themselves gaming experts. As a multifaceted individual that understands the importance of body and mind I must always be at the top of my game and capable of competing and crushing the best in the world at anything I choose to do. Can you say the same?

I believe this means 1v1? I would, but we are on totally different platforms...

It doesn't have to be a video game. I'll settle for a debate. I'm sure you'll give me a run for my money. Just look at all of the well worded response we've seen from you thus far.

The days of quality trolling are long gone.

No just experts at some area in THIS game. Which you are still trying to look the part.

Every few months, there's someone who will start off their forum posts with "I'm uber, you are all morons" or similar. EVERYONE of those had their lack of knowledge in some area exposed and laughed at.

I doubt anyone here knows EVERYTHING there is to know but the combined knowledge of the forum is ridiculous. That's why trying with your single person knowledge to show you know more than dozens of people is going to be futile. This is not even considering that there had been dedicated threads in testing the actual numerical damage done by this or that power/weapon/circumstance combination.

Summary: Don't try to sound like you are the most knowledgeable expert then get defensive when you're exposed

The Pyjak fleet should be a real thing in SP, with negative war assets.

I can't fathom how someone with 1,000 hours playtime in this game has little to no understanding of this game's mechanics. To top it off, your attitude in the first half of this thread to those that disagree with you says "Yeah okay that's your opinion and you're free to have one, however you are wrong," when pretty much everyone who's replied has more time played and a better understanding of this game. And then you're still piling on the crap by saying "I'm just plain better than you in every aspect" to make yourself feel better.

So at this stage I figure you either have some serious self-confidence issues with your ego, or you're just a troll. I'm leaning towards the latter. With that said I promptly suggest you L2P and you see yourself to the metaphorical door until you've decided to actually try and be a contributing member of the community, or you've an open enough mind where you can accept the possibility that you're incorrect in your observations.

Adieu, troll.

If only, I'd use it to have negative assets...only then would I enjoy promoting.

That is your belief that is based off an opinion of me. And your opinion, much like everyone's, including mine, is irrelevant. The thing that most of you don't realize is that the majority of you are walking, talking, stereotypes. Individuals that fear repercussion and gain acceptance from one another with childish, immature behavior. And that's the truth that you fail to recognize.

Now, I'm not starting a fight but lets be honest, do you think any of you would be willing to say half of the stuff you say to people on these forums in reality? The answer is no. You wouldn't. And that's what makes you a stereotype. I never started an argument. I had no reason to. But you did. The difference between people like me and people like you is that if push comes to shove I don't fear repercussion. But you do.
