Rear Admiral Mikhailovich is a major a**! I just wanted to sock him right across the Jaw!
That scene also has one of my favorite Renegade-dialogue-choices-that-make-sense-for-a-Paragon. After the inspection, Mikhailovich will say "Commander, I'm not happy," and Shepard can respond, "I'm guessing that's a fairly common occurrence" or something to that effect.

What's weird is the absurdly high charm or intimidate scores that you need to persuade him otherwise. Among all the antagonistic flunkies we meet in the MEU, he didn't strike me as exceptionally dumb or brave (or both).

My favorite exchange between him and Shepard:

And yet another opportunity for Paragon Shepard to be a wise-ass --
Sparatus: How many generations do you suppose it will be before the rachni wipe us out?

I suggest everybody taking the non-persuasive option with Mikhailovich in one playthrough, It's wonderfull to see Shepard get blasted apart for his dumb comments one time.

You need a charm score of 12 to convince him to stand, which requires 75% paragon, it's one of only two choices in the game that requires such a high score, the other being convincing Saren to shoot himself.

Ronald Taylor. Only my Pure Paragons turn him over to the Alliance. I personally prefer he left in his own "paradise" to be kill.

Yeah, I was actually surprised by how paragon the renegade choice turned out. Which is also the case if you don't let the craggy old bastard aboard at all. Shepard will say something about this being the Council ship and he has no authority here and you can send him on his merry way.
Now, I admit that may have just been reneShep being troll. They are known for that. But it was oh so satisfying to tell Michailovich where he can stuck it.
Well, shep's still military. Around military people, no matter how renegade she is, she's still gonna act military. Her response being fairly... mild ... doesn't really surprise me.
I don't think renegade Shep has much, if indeed any, respect for the chain of command.

But at that point she's not a spectre. I don't think you become the XO of a prototype stealth warship by not having respect for the chain of command 
I dislike many characters but truly hate only one: Kai Leng. I just want to kill him, hang him up from his feet, skin him, rip out his spine and make a peanut bowl of his skull. Usually I tend to hit the space bar repeatedly during his scenes. He's just that nauseating.

If all you do is Feros and go back to the Citadel, he will be there. It is not required to have all characters for the scene to happen. I have seen him without having Garrus/Wrex and T'soni on the ship.
That recruiter for the merc attack on Archangel's base who makes that stripper joke at FemShep. I wish the renegade interrupt was harsher.

Yeah that's why I was thinking it happened earlier; all that's required is leaving the citadel and coming back... which still means shep is a spectre.

I liked Jentha... but Cathka blew smoke in my face. He dies.

The best punishment for Kai Leng would be to make him face the Catalyst and to pick an ending
Petrovsky.... I actually sort of respected him... until he got all smug and superior 30 seconds after I stopped Aria from killing him. Then, I just shot him myself. Aria's reaction was priceless. 
Wreav is just a complete and total butthole. My paragon Sheps go all renegade on his butt.
Fist. I really, really want a renegade interrupt at Afterlife. With my.... Fist.
