So, we have heard the British VA for both Inquisitor genders.
Who do you think the American VA will be?

Nolan North.
Laura Bailey
I want to believe
John Wayne
Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale. For the lulz.
But seriously, I'm not sure. I'd normally stick with the British voices because I intend to play a Human (whom I assume is from Ferelden) but I'm really hoping the American VAs suit the Qunari. But finding a pair of voice actors who suit the Qunari, Dwarves and Elves without digital enhancements is going to be quite a feat.
Steve Blum would be cool
Kevin conroy.
I would give all of the male Inquisitors I play the American VA if it were Kevin Conroy. All of them.

Good man i would do the same.
From what I heard from the male dwarf inquisitor demo; it sounded a bit like Adrian Hough.
Danny Trejo
pretty please!
Dameon Clarke.
Hope it's not Meer and Hale (Yeah, I know they're Canadian)
I'd like to see Troy Baker and Emily Rose in the role.
Though i'll almost certainly be mostly using the British VAs.
Either this or Grey DeLisle would be cool with me.Laura Bailey

I'd rather pick Mark Meer over Troy Baker for obvious reasons, but I'm definitely down for Emily Rose. She hasn't done much work, but I loved her as Elena.

Obvious reasons?
I think it might be April Banigan. She's done work in both DA and ME, and the bit we can hear of the Inquisitor's voice in the demo reminded me of her character Seryna from ME2.
Personally, I would have liked Anna Graves (a.k.a. the most enjoyable part of playing a demon hunter in Diablo 3).

Well, I don't know about you, but I personally got a bit bored of the fact that he has been a protagonist or side character in pretty much every game that has been released since last year.
I think it would be very refresing if for once, just once, not use Troy Baker as a VA.

I get what you mean though, I feel the same about Jennifer Hale. Difference being Troy Baker can actually put on great voices so that you don't instantly recognise it's him (Joel, The Joker.) With Hale, her voice is so similar in every game it's easy to pick her out. Like in ME1 on Feros where it's like Femshep is basically talking to herself. (Hale plays one of the NPCs you can talk to. )
Edit- It would just feel like an obvious marketing ploy to have both Meer and Hale playing the inquisitor. I don't want Mass Effect with dragons damnit, I want a unique game in it's own right.
