I've actually slapped Phase Disruptor on the Volus before, but any other character besides the N7 Slayer(and possibly, the N7 Shadow), do not have any way of projecting the power, therefore, the power does nothing besides the hand motion.
Lots of good ideas. I like the idea of grenades on the quarian marksman. A soldier with 3 cooldown powers is silly. I thought of it, but with arc grenades for lore purposes, but that seemed a bit OP.
One of the Asari should have had Singularity.
Replace homing nades with Decoy on the DA . This would not work so well of course if the decoy also cloaks.....

Tech Armour for Concussive Arrows on Talon
I actually really like this idea. Some needed DR and melee boost from TA would be nice. If I had that I may skip most if not all the passives. I wonder if that extra melee boost in TA would make up for the loss of power boosts in the passives? It would definitely neuter the Cain Mines, which probably isn't a bad thing. It may make him more balanced.

No.. it would buff the Cain mines 30%.
Only if you take the 30% evo in TA, which I mentioned taking the melee evo. Of course if someone wanted to only do cain spam it would make them much more powerful if they took the power evolution in TA...
. Maybe a unique TA tree would be needed...

I chose Tech Armour because it has the highest DR to make him more durable, and the additional melee damage to benefit his arrows.

3) Cryo Blast instead of AP Arrows on Talon Merc.

Maybe Fortification on the Talon Merc? That could be insane for a bow build, especially because he has no other cooldown powers. Just keep spamming Fortification purge every 10 seconds or so.

Fortification also has the "Power Synergy" evo, that was disputed on Tech Armour.
I still like the Tech Armor idea, but maybe instead of power damage, you can get shield recharge. That'll help his survivability a little, or help you up his bow damage without breaking cain mines.
