Put a new power on classes where you always skip a certain power

Reave for Decoy on Justicar
It would still get skipped
Not necessarily, sub-net and decoy would help make him more survivable. You could go 5 in sub net and 3 in fitness. Or 6 in Decoy and go no fitness

1. Replace talon merc with a character having sabotage, overload and sub net as the power set.
That'd be pretty awesome.

Lmao, literally everything in your topic post makes said kits OP (or more OP than they already are) then a couple posts in you say you don't want it to be a thread about making chars OP?

OT: I would love it if the Vorchas with flamer had different abilities instead, cause I love me some Vorcha but don't enjoy flamer. Maybe incinerate for the sentinel and proxy mine, marksman, or adrenaline rush for the soldier?

I'd like Sentry Turret on my Talon Merc instead of Cain Mines.
And then one would lose melee damage (for arrows) or power damage by not speccing in the fitness or passive. How would turret be beneficial?

The point was that if you specced into this third power, you would have to take away from other powers, or passives, or fitness to help balance the kit out. It also gives a lot more variety to the way to play those kits. Lift grenades on the battlemaster may be OP. I don't think any of my other suggestions break the characters. Care to explain?

Exactly why I wouldn't change anything on the drell adept or vanguard. Having pull helps me skip it and max the other two powers, passives and get max speed boost from fitness.

Concussive arrows rank 6 for 3 in Turret.

He hardly benefits from extra power damage.

Concussive arrows rank 6 for 3 in Turret.
Or 6 in turret, 5 in concussive arrows, and 3 in passives.
The Talon can live with just 3 points in passives to get grenade regen just fine, trust me on this. ![]()
I'd miss blowing enemies sneaking up behind me into salsa dip with my booby traps though... ![]()

Drop points in Concussive arrows? what is this madness?
Concussive arrows are all you need ![]()
Personally I'd swap either AP Arrows or Cain Mines (it doesn't really matter either way) for Tech Armour ![]()

I honestly think that making decisions and compromises with builds is part of the fun in the game. That is why I won't do 5x6 builds.
Vorcha Soldier, trade Carnage for Fortification.

We only suggested dropping rank 6. ![]()
We only use it for grenade capacity anyway, so re-purposing those points for other uses doesn't hurt the talon in the slightest.
And get your hands off of our AP arrows! ![]()
Vorcha Soldier, trade Carnage for Fortification.
Ohh, I like that idea.
That'd make for a mean melee caster, or a tanky weapons platform if you don't want to use flamer.

My friend always skips Biotic Charge on the N7 Slayer and various Vanguards. Blasphemous!

Keeping with the team of my avatar.
- Combat Drone for Hex Shield on the Geth Juggernaut. Just to be able to act more like a Prime.
- Hex Shield for Hunter Mode on the Geth Engineer. Seems more like what an Engineer would do.
- Siege Pulse for Hunter Mode on the Geth Trooper. I prefer to make him more tanky and Flamer has adequate damage.
They don't seem OP.

He has three cooldown-dependent powers, and I seem to always be recharging when I desperately need to Shield Boost

It would be, but also OP. Two ways to recharge your shield and do damage at the same time? I think a more balanced power would be a primer with a cooldown, perhaps reave. Dark channel would be pretty nasty too. Dark Channel->Nova, Nova->Dark Channel Jumps->Charge, repeat.

Give my HE anything of the following instead of the Drone (in that order):
1. Frag Grenades/Arc Grenades
2. Cryo Blast
3. Homing Grenades
4. Energy Drain
5. Tactical Scan
I'd never touch anything else ![]()

Cloak->Biotic Hammer could probably one shot everything but an Atlas on Gold. Besides, Sentinel with cloak breaks lore! Boo!
