I have a question about Mass Effect 2 on PS3. Soon I'll be playing NG+ for all 3 games. Unfortunately when switching over to PS3 last year, when downloading the Zaeed DLC, it came in a pack which included that Genesis comic. Will that comic interfere if I start NG+ of my ME2 character which was imported from ME1?

No. The Genesis comic only plays if you start a Mass Effect 2 game without importing from Mass Effect 1,

I have not had a problem with imported games, but I also have only done 1 NG+. (Note that an NG+ is actually harder than a vanilla/import NG since you don't have any upgrades at the start, even though the enemies will all be at your level, usually 30.) This is what the wiki says about using the Genesis comic for the 360:
If you used Mass Effect: Genesis to customize your Mass Effect 2 playthrough with Mass Effect story decisions on the Xbox 360, and you then want to do additional Mass Effect 2 playthroughs by importing your initial Mass Effect 2 save games, you should delete Mass Effect: Genesis before attempting to start the new playthrough. If you don’t, the game will force you through the interactive comic even though you’re importing an earlier Mass Effect 2 playthrough.
Like I said, though, I haven't had any problems and I am on the 360 and have Genesis installed.

Interesting. I remember when I was playing on PC, and I started NG+ with my character (which was imported from me1). I had the genesis comic installed because of my FemShep I once had. But when I started the NG+ with my ME1 import (Which was already finished in ME2), the comic interfered, I know because of the Illusive Man narration at the beginning which interrupts the original dialogue between Miranda and the Illusive Man. I just hope it doesn't happen this time around. I mean, us PS3 players had no choice but to download the comic because the DLC pack which had Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site, and Firewalker had the comic forcefully included.
