For me on console that's actually part of my biggest complaint with the Supressor. I constanly lose bullets and time because there's not enough splash when you do actually land the headshot. Too often I find myself moving on when the target isn't dead or losing very precious ammo shooting corpses. Arc Pistol and the heavier pistols have a marvelous shoot -> splash rhythm.
On PC with better resolution and screen size to distance ratio it's not as much of an issue.
Yeah well, I think I mentioned earlier in the thread that that's actually a severe issue with the gun, especially while playing off host, even on PC. Because off host you can never be sure of actually having hit the head and the health meter takes a while to update, which takes away from the strenght of the gun. However, at least on PC, that's almost completely resolved by using it on host: you can usually be pretty sure you landed a headshot and therefore killed the target, and you can retarget even before you see the enemy drop dead. Or even if you want to wait to see him dead, the meter updates a lot faster so it's not that bad.
If I could change two things about the gun, the first would be the headshot gib chance, and set it to 1. The second would be the accuracy, but that's secondary.
And yeah, I can see it being a lot worse on console, too...
