A bit tired of painting Her, but like it anyway ))

According to the book I rather like Celine i guess, do not pretend the similarity and authenticity, this is only my impressions))

Quite likely. Morrigan makes an appearance and she is Celene's arcane advisor. The devs confirmed Morrigan has a large role in the plot, and since she's in Celene's court, we likely will meet Celene as well.

This is a beautiful piece.  It really captures her allure and makes me all the more excited to meet her.

I like your version. The head dress is well done and the jewelery looks understated. She looks sleek like a shark, if I may say so.
