Just thinking ahead,, like wayy ahead but whats everyones experiences with player housing and what mods or scripts do you use?
I want to have a system where players can buy an area in game which is kind of pre-made then they get given a Access card to go in and out.. obviously the areas need to be safe to store items
I believe there is 1 or 2 premade player housing systems out there. check both vaults and the nexus.

The Wulverheim campaign has Oblivion-style purchasable player housing. You might look into that.
