I'm waiting for the day an Australian tells me they had to sell their kidney to afford a new game. I'd probably believe them.

The best part was a few years ago when the $AU was higher than the $US and I thought "Finally, we'll get some cheaper games!", then nothing changed.

Hello all, just seen that DA:Inquisition will cost £49:99....it had better be worth it is all I can say.

If you're series my question would be - which version of it?

The Delux version on the PC is €60 which is approx £49.99 so the price seem comparable. Most new games are between €50 & €60 without being a deluxe edition, so I'm happy with the price.

And... what's the issue here? Isn't this the price of all new games?

On Origin, it's the regular version that is £49.99.  Which is pretty ridiculous.  But it's £39.99 at other places, so just don't buy from Origin.

(£39.99 doesn't seem like it's a terrible price in international terms, but it represents a 33% price increase on ME3 for PC.  Presumably we were getting a rather good deal earlier, but it's still a nasty increase)
