Name: Bartha Rumold
Background: surface dwarf
Age: 23
Class: rogue
Gender: female
Appearance: Long dark blond hair with several small braids, a round face with freckles and green eyes. Not overly handsome, but not bad-looking either. Her clothes are mostly practical, although she does her best to stand out from any regular tugs. (Kinda like this (minus the weapon… and beard))
Bartha is the younger sister of a merchant family and was born on the surface. For most of the year the family would travel around to buy and sell their wares, but during the winter, when the cold would be asking too much of the little ones, they would stay around Redcliffe.
She is easy going and in for some fun. She doesn’t know that much about mages, elves… but she would like to know more. Just don’t bother her with the religious stuff… she doesn’t care about that. She prefers to keep things light when it comes to conversations. She’ll hardly ever mention her last name, as she does not really care about the whole houses-system of the dwarves. Besides, they are surface dwarves, so it is not like their name matters (in her opinion)
Growing up with two older brothers learned her to stand up for herself. Although not going heads first when things get out of hand (she prefers a more subtle approach), she won’t flee from battles either. When she was at the age of ten, she once gave the middle brother a black eye when he tried to bully her for some of mothers cookies.
Learning the art of bartering from young age, she got hooked to the game of buying things and selling them for a good profit. She will not bluntly lie, but it surely won’t harm to not mention certain details if they don’t ask about it?
She is not too fond of heights, so climbing rooftops… not if there are alternatives! Animals are also not really her thing: if they are useful, sure! But why do some humans insist to keeping those furry, stinky balls of hair as ‘pets’?
Edited for adding Bface's great version of Bartha ![]()
