Your art looks wonderful so far   Also, I think this screenshot shows a hint of blue or slate grey. The colors in this shot were all wonky though, making Cass' hair look orange/red.

Dem cheekbones indeed! He's actually really handsome in that shot, as blurry as it is. I wonder how more people don't notice it!

 

Edit: Also I just noticed that Solas has some serious lips going on! I approve~

They do!  I'm guessing it's because there's so much red distorting the screen shot.  It was enough to make Cassandra's hair glow

That's why I made them purple in my drawing. I was using that image for reference, but the color probably is off because of the lighting.

Didn't realize his nose wasn't quite straight either.  Will have to do a bit of revising.

 

I think violet eyes would look nice on him, but I'll probably go with an intense blue... can always edit later if it turns out to be wrong.  Elves are supposed to have really intense eyes, I think.  At least they're described as such in every one of the novels.

Also, it cracks me up how much his age fluctuates even in the concept art. He looks older in the piece with the dwarven Inquisitor but in this one he looks so young!

I am really curious how our inquisitor will meet him. He's an apostate mage so I don't think that people in Thedas are going around talking about Solas the fade expert with dem tights and them cheekbones who can totally help you man and he'll be like some super cool badass asset to the Inquisition. I wonder how we will even acknowlege his existance because if I were him I would hide my sexy tights  from nasty templars and mean-to-mages-people all day and all night.

Guess who's just acquired a new hedcanon? now I really have some serious, big hopes that when you are collecting crafting materials like herbs there is a special animation just for that

This is amazing, oh my gosh! Your Inquisitor's face is what really slayed me, especially with her hand like that. I'm imagining her fanning herself and saying "Oh maker" while Solas remains oblivious
