If we get a unique horse, I swear I won't name her Epona.  I'm totally naming her Epona Oooh or maybe Bela.  Choices, choices.

 

If we get to name our horse(s), I'm definitely naming mine Agro (because Shadow of the Colossus was sublime)

Grrrrr this drawing is taking me FOREVER.  I worry I'll put in all this time and be disappointed with the results.  It's worth it, right?  Also, blood or no blood? There's not a lot but it's quite obvious that something is dead.  If it would bother anyone here I can easily remove it, I just like the splash of color

Thank you!  I'm attempting my first background, so even if I fail miserably it'll be a learning experience.  I hope I can complete it eventually... the Inquisitor in this picture is a super badass Qunari chick

Are you drawing Solas as a Disney character?  That sounds awesome!

 

Also I don't mind blood, you could always just stick it under a spoiler tag and warn people, then they can decide for themselves if they're okay with viewing it...

Maybe Vivi. Though perhaps in her case it would be "Ugh horse" as in "Ugh horse, you smell." Or "Ugh horse, your fur is all over my robes."

Was scrolling through admiring the fan art and noticed your "signature" at the bottom of your post, and almost spit out my pop. That's MY viva la revolution song....how dare you steal it.....

 

 

 

You have no idea, NO IDEA the amount of time I spent trying to make a flashy, pretty type banner for my signature for the old BSN forums that looked halfway decent. Eventually I just shelved the idea and gave up.

 

It's been my revolution song for ages, but I know I'm not the only one.

Yeah, in Xanth, bad dreams are delivered to people via sentient, black, incorporeal mares ("night mares") who come into their homes at night. There's an entire book about one of them (Imbri). So sounds kinda similar?

 

But I don't think Xanth is very well known, so whoops! Oh well.

The ball makes me hope even more that Solas is an LI, and that we can take the LI to the ball.  I would find it amusing to be a Dalish elf, taking an elf to the ball with me.  An elf who dresses in long johns no less...

Hmm. I do wonder how they'd handle that. I suppose it might depend on who threw the ball. I really wanted to play an Orlesian Inquisitor, but the American/English accents thing kind of threw that idea out of the window so I hope at the very least we'll be able to take part in more typically Orlesian events.
