hmm i can't help but hope solas is a gentle non-threatening boy kinda like alistair who isn't mean or overly sexual or anything

 

also for some reason i see him as being kinda soft spoken, idk why. even tho we know nothing about him he seems kinda nice, i hope he is nice ♡

 

if he turns out 2 be sweet & adorable like alistair was (not the same of course, i just mean like in terms of general cutie-pie-ness) then i'll really like him ♡

Honestly, I really hope he isn't like Alistair/Kaidan... I like niceness, but Alistair was exactly what you say, a boy.  I would prefer a man, someone more mature.  I used to adore Alistair, don't get me wrong, and there was also a point at which I liked Kaidan until he started yelling at Shepard constantly.  But now that I am replaying DA:O I'm finding that Alistair mostly just annoys me, because he's out to get into the Warden's pants and, to me, doesn't seem to be that into the Warden as a person.  Others said it in the past back when I first played and I disagreed with them then, but now I see it myself.  I believe Alistair thought it was true love, but now I personally believe Alistair was just feeling... thorny.  Not that Alistair couldn't be adorable and charming at times, and still is occasionally in my playthrough.

 

Although we know that Solas is supposed to be "sweet," we also know he's supposed to be "burning hot pepper" so... I doubt he'll be totally inoffensive (though it should be counterbalanced by the sweet side of his personality).  He's also an apostate and apparently socially awkward.  We don't know how he is socially awkward, so he could end up coming across as a total jerk, or could just be that guy who hasn't spent enough time around people.  Or he could be ancient and present-day Thedas just baffles him.  We don't know.  We usually think of "hotness" in a personality in terms of a fiery temper, but it could also mean that he's rather, erm.  Risque.  Again, we don't know.

I wonder how old Solas is. When I first saw him, I thought he was one of the younger companions, at least in appearance. I've since seen multiple people complain that he looks too old. I wonder if it's just the bald they're focusing on? Does he look older to you guys?

Ooh that high quality picture is great! I can't wait either to discover what makes him so spicy as a pepper.. I don't think he looks old at all, so I agree on the part that people are just focusing on him having no hair. I suppose people just relate baldness with being old naturally.

The crescent moon in your star wars one made me think of Sailor Moon though! lol
