To be honest my first impression was that he was rubbing his bottom.

I'm more wondering when this shot was taken and was he moving/fidgeting at the time. The way he's standing just looks... a bit awkward, between the trying to cross his hands behind his back while also trying to snake them underneath his staff to the way it kinda looks like he's either arching his back forward/puffing his chest out? I feel like he's having a Sheldon Cooper moment, I dunno.
Definitely looks hot, though. Yowza.
The stance also seems to beckon to Alan Rickman's portrayal of Severus Snape. At least, it kinda comes off like that to me.
I want to touch his furs. They look soft. 
I also love how Vivienne looks like she'd rather be anywhere else right now.

Totally agree. No Nic Cage, traditionally hot (seriously baldness should be a non-issue when you look like this), and I'm definitely feeling the Scotch Bonnets here. I personally think the spice will come before the sweet, regarding yesterday's discussion.
Oh, and I'm pretty sure Varric is standing on a step stool. I lol'd.
I occasionally say "I know!" in response to people wondering things. But she's a bit more able to take on that perspective than I. I mean, people *know* that I very likely know, so I think I'd just come across as increasingly jerkish compared to Felicia.
I'm sure some will get upset, but I think most can identify with Felicia's perspective as a fan where they can understand her excitement and see it as playful sassing because "I have secrets!! :D"
Where I can tease is that I got to share a serendipitous elevator ride with Ms. Day and Mike and Jessica introduced us.

Oh, Allan, if I knew secrets I'd be way worse than Felicia I'm just playfully hating the fact that she has a secret I so desperately want to know. Except that he doesn't really look like Nicholas Cage much at all, to me, and he's not making a face, but seems to be smirking a bit, and maybe frowning a little like he's squinting or isn't quite sure he heard whatever the Inquisitor just said quite right. It's not a ridiculous expression.

I gotta say, to me it looks like he's giving his back a good stretch, like he's been sitting for too long. Or maybe he just woke up. That looks like a "just woke up, and stretching, and did the Inquisitor really just say that?" sort of expression.
