So that way the devs have more tears to harvest when everyone finds out that their desired character is not an LI. They find that the bitter tears of the fandom taste better in their coffee than regular water.

 

On another note, do you think Solas will let us rub his head before a battle? For luck?

It just hit me, do we even have a name yet for us Solas fans?! Because if we don't then shame on us! Does anyone have any suggestions, just so we can show those Cullenites we can definitely out fangirl/boy them?   (what about Solassans? just because you know, you can probably figure that out yourself...)

I think it was Nefla who came up with BEES? But yeah a name for us would be nice....BEES or Solasians are not bad at all!

Varric: So necromancy? I once fought a necromancer back in Kirkwall with the Champion, nasty business.

Solas: Well there's a reason I lived in the middle of nowhere. Most practitioners decide they want to raise an undead army, if they're lucky they just waste their time flailing their arms and chanting.

Varric: What about the unlucky ones?

Solas: They succeed. The undead are an annoying, unruly lot and there's nothing worse than having a bunch of ghouls or skeletons trying to break down your door while you're in the middle of breakfast.

Varric: So why practice necromancy?

Solas: Because if you can raise the dead you can unraise it too. I can't fight whatever comes running out of the forest singlehandedly, but I can just dispel the magic animating it and get on with my life.

Varric: Huh.

Solas: Plus most people won't disturb "the creepy necromancer who lives in the woods".

Inquisitor: (muttering) I wouldn't mind disturbing you.

Solas: What was that?

Inquisitor: Nothing.

I didn't come up with it, I just liked it and put it in my sig I don't come up with things I just draw some arts occasionally

I'm sure that Solas will be a cool companion, in my opinion the dragon age characters usually are, but I can't stop laughing at the fact his outfit looks like he's wearing bright blue pajama's and a vest. It's like he was taking a nap when the veil tore and he's been too busy trying to help the inquisition to get dressed. He's the dragon age version of that person you see at Walmart. Not trying to be insulting towards the character I just find it amusing

Hahaha don't worry about insulting him! We make fun of Solas all the time in this thread. Because yes, he looks just a liiiiiiittle like he should be carrying around a blanket and a teddy bear into battle.
