I think I'll post a an old Solas sketch tonight that is bad/unfinished to celebrate 300 pages I'd post something nicer but I never finished anything else

Well, that surprising Cole reveal had some potential implications...  

 

That Mr Gaider was counting Cullen as the second romance made some sense when it was heavily assumed Cole was his second companion, but now that we know he isn't...  I think it's down to Solas or Dorian.  Now it's so very interesting that it's down to those two.

I still think it would be funny if Solas was Felassan or heavily based on the plot from The Masked Empire and David Gaider wrote him. lol

Personally, I think Solas is similar to Felassan in a way, not exactly him

I think that's really like, also. I've been hoping that's what his character will be for a while.

From the sound of it Cole might become the phantom of Skyhold. Solas might not mind because he's the resident Fade guy, but the whole "mind wipe" thing is just asking for hilarity to ensue:

Solas: We wanted to find out the upper limits of Cole's abilities...and how well the new Tar Bomb formulation worked.

Inquisitor: So you stuck all the furniture in the War Room to the ceiling?

Solas: No, we just stuck Sera to Iron Bull's back and erased her memory of it happening. I might have told Cole to "go nuts" though.

I'm getting excited because we'll potentially see more Solas in the next week or so, but I'm super wary of this feeling because I felt it before E3 too so I'm trying to stuff it down and ignore it

Just from Allen's tweets suggesting that Solas is introverted and Iron Bull's "we just need to take Cole out for a night on the town" approach to things, I get the feeling that if Solas is an LI this will happen:
