I think that is just them assuming. It says "likely" so they might just be making the conclusion because they released a character kit, because haven't they flat out said, "NO MORRIGAN IN YOUR PARTY, BUT SHE HAS A MAJOR ROLE"?

That's what I thought too! I could have sworn that they very clearly said that Morrigan would not be a party member pretty early on. I thought I might have been remembering wrong, though.

Agreed, he has very nice angles to his face.  Dem cheekbones!  I think you and I make a good team.  The two of us pretty effectively balance out all of the negative comments about his appearance.  Go Team Solas!
