Well, haven't they said Solas isn't very finalised yet? Much as I'd love to see more on him it's in their best interests to hold off a full reveal on a less finalised character for one that is more oui a sure bet.

I remember Mr. Gaider saying that a little bit ago but we don't know how long before that those screenshots were taken, do we? He could be done now, for all we know!

I take it, if they has shown him in teaser and presented to the media sources, he must be finished by now. It's much harder to redo digital model than concept arts.

Okay...sooo Mr. Ellis tweeted that he "Cleared it" with Bioware with what he's been telling Cullen fans...and someone asked him if there was going to be romance and companionship and he says "YES" ...so does that mean Cullen is a companion and an LI?

 

I like Cullen , I think he's adorable but if that is a confirmation that he is an LI..and they are being tight-lipped about the others being LI's,that's just so wrong to the other fans.

 

I know Bioware hasn't confirmed it and I'm not trying to start anything...I'm fine with Cullen being a companion...and romanceable but come on I want to know who else is an LI too! (like Solas for example)

To be fair the Mr.Ellis didn't exactly confirm anything.He was asked whether there'll be "companionship and romance" and he said yes,which is still a pretty vague question since there is indeed companionship and romance in the DA series .At this point,I wouldn't take anything as a confirmation unless the devs officially announce it to be honest...

I think she's saying that it seems a little unfair for Cullen to have both a companion "confirmation" and a romance "confirmation" when romances haven't even been hinted at with other characters, including Solas.

 

Though to be fair, Solas hasn't even been officially introduced, let alone hinted to be a romance option. And I'm starting to take this whole Cullen thing with a huge grain of salt.

Yeah, I'm going to reserve most of my Solas and Cullen squeeing for their official announcements.  As much as I want Bioware confirmation of Cullen, I'd still rather have Solas info this month!  I think the sliver of my heart devoted to Cullen just withered up and died a little

I was actually going to mention something like that also in my last post but left it out....like I said earlier not trying to start anything on this thread and I know BioWare hasn't confirmed any of that... I like Cullen but still we don't even know who is voicing Solas let alone hardly any info about him(or the other characters)....it's driving me nuts lol

Cullen is still less confirmed than Solas, honestly. Gaider gave a vague reply about it depending on trusting an actor's interpretation of the material and said it wouldn't be clarified until later. We still don't really know "officially" what's going on with him. Ellis didn't confirm him as a companion. In fact, Ellis said later that he doesn't even know what a companion is.

Nah it's ok, all Solas' fans has disappeared into Cullen's threads anyway.
