I'm so sad to be playing without mods again til they're sorted for the dlc, lol  i just went and prepped a save of my char with all her settings that she has when not modded. she's just not the same with default hair and without dat strong brows

I actually do not see him being the villian coming. Like, at all. I thought he was just a bit of creep but arrrrrrgh.

I actually never thought much of Jefferson, something in the back of my head was telling me not to trust the pretty guy, so when the ending happened, I was surprised, but part of me was still "Oh, of course, I knew something was fishy about him!".

Now, I'm much more curious about how Nathan fits in all that mess, I feel like he's being manipulated, and that Jefferson might totally take advantage of his mental illness, and that he turns out to be a victim as well. I sort of root for that explanation. BUT WOW MUCH QUESTIONS VERY SUSPENSE!

 

I'm thinking of playing a "Darkest Timeline" save of LIS, but gosh, I'm not sure I have the guts to do so, and be 100% evil.

I really wished DLC dropped at midnight like the game itself did. I hate waiting hours after others get to play because I have to ignore the spoilers until then, and then go back to read them after. What a pain.

Same here @_@, I actually forced myself to like him, I thought "no! I'm not going to be suspicious of a person just because he is a bit creepy and handsome :(".

Him victim blaming Kate should've been a giveaway. But yet I still didn't suspect him at all. Kudos to the 7% of people who blamed him prior to episode four.

Luckily my Lavellan looks pretty decent without mods (I have to tweak her hair and eyebrows or she looks terrible, though) but I'll miss my lovely haircut and amazing eyebrows.

Sooo.  I was thinking about distracting myself today with episode 4 of Life is Strange, which has been gathering dust since release because Work.  

 

Without dropping any major spoilers, can anyone nudge me in the mentally-healthy direction?  Good idea?  Maybe not so good idea?   Maybe check Borderlands for an update instead?

I have a lot of theories about Nathan, the Prescotts and Mr Jeffertoad, but they are in the small stages still.

Geek Remix has some excellent videos and theories on Life is Strange. Mari even figured out who the creep was back in Episode 2.
He reminded me a lot of my very personable civics teacher in high school. Even down to the occasionally being a bit of an ass. Enough that I ignored the glaring warning signs, like him basically describing the Dark Room to the player in the first five minutes of the game.
I am hell-bent on Warren's selfie being used for the preservation of Chloe. HELL-BENT.

Same. To me it was a choice between 'okay, this guy is a dick, but the other guy is potentially a rapist and brings a loaded gun to school.' Getting Nathan reported did seem more important at time.

Post episode four and I have a bit more sympathy towards Nathan. I still think he needs to answer for what he's done, but I also think he's been manipulated for a long time by people he should've been able to trust.
