Why so many people hate Fiona? Did I miss something?
Um, certain bad decisions she made like placing the mages under indentured servitude to Tevinter?
Personally, I don't hate her. I just pity her. And I could NEVER side with the Templars in my canon playthrough. I did with my Trev playthrough and Ser Barris is awesome but I felt sick leaving the rebel mages to their fate.
Plus, I couldn't let Alistair's mother die... I just can't...

I have a question reguarding the woman in the Well ... in the name of science ofc.
Does the image change depending on whether the Inquisitor or Morrigan drink from the well, or the woman remains the same? Because I swear that woman looked so much like my fem human Inquisitor, and she drank from the well.

Mythal came out of the ocean. Which means she could have just came ashore from crossing the ocean.
She has rounded ears in her well when she jumped out.

Are we sure this was Mythal? It's just strange that Mythal would show up twice in the same game in two different places/forms. Couldn't this possibly be someone who is bound to Mythal/the well? Maybe since she's human she doesn't get the same type of binding that Abelas does?
UGHHHH it would make the Titans the Forgotten Ones! Or something like it! But how would Fen'Harel have avoided the Blight if that were true? Scrap it. Throw that idea straight into the trash. Or maybe the Forgotten Ones were the Titans who remained behind to keep others from gaining access to that which was tainted? Hmmm. I'm not satisfied. Let me think some more.
Hmm. I still think the Forgotten Ones are other former Pantheon members who were wiped from the record (almost entirely, but scraps were left as a "this could be you- don't mess with us" warning by the Elgar'nan faction) when they joined Falon'Din's first failed rebellion and were tossed into the Void with him.
As for the blight and the Void, that's something I'm trying to untangle as well. The Void as a handy pocket dimension Gitmo is probably pretty big. I'm not sure you get insta-blighted just from entering. I think Andruil went looking for trouble, found it, and took in the blight on purpose. She wasn't hunting the Forgotten Ones- she was coming over to their side in the fight against Elgar'nan's Order. (Total Sera move. Screw the big hats, right?) Remember, she comes back howling things "meant to be forgotten" that make the rest of the Pantheon nervous that she's about to turn on them. Those forgotten things are likely the ideals of Falon'Din-Solas and the other Forgotten Ones.

Eh, making a bad choice like that to save yourself is just bad. It's the old "if you give-up everything that makes you who you are to save yourself, have you really saved yourself" thing. She really should have turned down Tavinter (or at least stood up to them) and then focused on preparing for the Templars if she believed they were coming for them. She could have done so many other things. Hell she could have had people out trying to quell the fighting and helping the innocent people who got caught in the middle instead of turtling up. Which then could have helped her potentially find allies to help.
I believe she was thinking about everyone she was responsible for that would be killed if they continued to be too stubborn to give in. Most of the mages weren't interested in fighting, they were in a situation where a bunch of templars just wanted to kill them, and with the Chantry leadership gone, there was nowhere else for them to turn. Alexius always manages to reach Fiona before the Inquisition due to time magic. The Hinterlands was a mess, sending more mages out there to fix it would have just resulted in more fighting. And more innocents in the crossfire. Simply harboring mages was getting people killed. This was all the more reason my Lavellan took the mages in as full allies. There was no Circle, the Chantry was useless, and the templars had lost their minds. Her Inquisition essentially became a temporary Circle to collect mages and offer them protection as well as protect others from them until everything could be sorted out.

Hmm.. checks outish. My art history is vague but one of the earliest depictions is when jesus was just shepard. Young, clean shaved, curly brown.
I wonder about the immigration patterns at the time. People surrounding the Mediterranean.
Just in case the rest of you are into legends/ myths and the merging of rival religions in storytelling and history here are some links to Mithraism, or the worship of the God Mithras who is shockingly similar to the legends Christ, much in the same way the Elven Pantheon is similar to the Old Gods of Tevinter.
It might provide a more-real world comparison of how the worship of gods morphed and changed among the people of Thedas during that transitional time. Again, it's pure nerd-storytelling fodder should you all be interested, by no means my personal point of view on the matter:
