Just, you know, try be sly... Like... "So Gareth.  Did you have fun recording those SUPER SHMEXY ROMANCE LINES!?!?"  All subtle-like, see...  :ph34r:

:lol:

That's devious :)  I just barely got used to the idea of tweeting devs though and the thought of tweeting someone like Gareth David Lloyd still terrifies me :pinched:

You think we're nice?! I've never heard such insanity!

Crazy, right? haha

Hello!  Glad to see the madness of the past few days hasn't scared you off.  We're just feeling a bit antsy as of late  :)
And do not feel awkward. Post away!

Yoooo hey!
Welcome to our humble little village!
Here, have a nice stump to sit on!
/scoots to the side
Glad our uh... pitfalls into darkness haven't deterred you too much. We're really a jolly bunch, we just have our moments.

Ahh, thanks! And nah, I've been feeling pretty anxious myself T.T

My personal favorite is a sound clip I saw attached to a Cassandra audio clip.
From a JonTron - Banjo Kazooie vid
Warning: it's a bit loud

I absolutely love JonTron, that will never get old :lol:

If Solas isn't available as a romance option, this will be my reaction:

Part 1: Fireflies

Part 2: Dragon

Solas hoped the battle would end soon. The Fereldan Frostback had caught their party unawares while heading towards a small village besieged by warring mages and Templars. The Inquisitor and the Iron Bull had been keeping the creature on its heels with close quarters combat. Cole darted in and out of the dragon’s legs, piercing with daggers where he could and then ducking back out before a swiping paw could catch him.

However, with all three focused on the animal’s limbs, that left Solas dodging the long-range fireballs she kept lobbing at him. He’d even had to dive for cover twice when the dragon went airborne and passed overhead, spraying a great gout of flame towards the elf and the earth upon which he’d been standing moments before.

‘This is folly,’ he thought again. He’d argued as much when the Inquisitor insisted upon following the dragon to where she had landed after she initially surprised them. Solas had thought it much wiser to push on to the village and leave the creature be; chances were it had merely been a warning pass from the beast, possibly because she had a nest nearby. If they’d left her alone and travelled on, they’d have likely been fine. Such discretion had kept him alive out in the wild all these years.

But Trevelyan had insisted they seek out the creature. If she nested this close to the village, the Inquisitor argued, then that meant an equally deadly threat to the villagers. She saw it as pointless to remove one danger only to leave another. Solas had counter-argued and asked if she intended to then hunt all the wolves, bears, and other predators near the village. She’d not had an answer for him, but instead stormed off in the dragon’s direction with the Iron Bull and Cole in tow. The mage frowned after her for a moment, torn on what to do with a decision upon which he wholly disagreed. In the end, he had followed her… if nothing else than the fact that she was going to get herself or others killed on this endeavor and he wasn’t going to stand by or leave when he could help save lives.

So, now Solas stood and cast spells from afar while keeping a watchful eye on the other three and how the battle was developing on the ground. The dragon appeared to be tiring somewhat, which the elf found encouraging considering his own energy levels and magical stamina were draining away quicker than he’d like. But he worried if that meant the same for his companions.

As if in answer to the unasked, silent question, Solas saw the Inquisitor’s shield lower slightly, betraying the first sign of a warrior’s weariness. At the same time, he saw the creature’s forearm pull back for a swipe. Trevelyan appeared focused elsewhere. As the mage tried to shout out a warning to her, everything that followed seemed to happen in slow motion: the taloned hand drawn back came flying forward and threw the Inquisitor several feet into the air and backwards, and there she lay unmoving.

“Noooooooooooo!!!” Solas cried.

He ran forward towards the battle, closing the distance quicker than he’d ever imagined he was capable. Once beside the warrior, he looked down and saw her turn her head towards him. Not dead then, at least. That was enough. The mage turned to the dragon and saw her rearing her head back – whether to breathe fire or to chomp down on Trevelyan, he wasn’t sure – and he immediately let loose with a spell that sent the creature stumbling back several steps.

The Frostback roared her pain and anger. Then, she glowered down at the elf that stood between her and her initial attacker. She kicked out her back legs again to try and free herself of the others, then swiped a forepaw at the elf in front of her. He ducked, but remained planted between her and her goal. Then, he hit her with another spell and she cried and squealed. The dragon responded by blowing a wall of flame at them both.

Solas threw up a forcefield that covered himself and the Inquisitor and stood firm. His body trembled a bit with the effort and his own exhaustion, but he would protect the Inquisitor for as long as he stood. She was, after all, the only hope for Thedas. He gave a quick sidelong glance down at her and it strengthened his resolve. He also saw that she was slowly getting her wits back about her, so perhaps the blow had simply winded her. That thought heartened him.

When the fire died away, the elf dropped the forcefield in favor of casting another offensive spell at the Frostback. The creature growled low in its throat, and then she moved faster than could be anticipated. With a blazingly fast, snake-like strike, the dragon snapped down and grabbed the mage in her jaws.

Solas screamed.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Trevelyan was rather incoherent after the dragon had sent her flying. However, hearing her elf mage cry out immediately brought her back into focus. She leapt to her feet and quickly assessed the situation: Solas’s staff lay on the ground, abandoned and useless; Solas himself was trapped in the dragon’s gaping maw, the only part visible being his upper torso, arms, and head hanging out from the left side of the creature’s muzzle.
That set the Inquisitor off to new heights of battle frenzy. She cast her shield down and gripped her longsword in both hands, hacking at the Frostback’s front leg with even greater abandon, sinking the blade deeper each time with the two-handed grip. The Iron Bull and Cole also quickened their efforts, attacking with wanton abandon.
The results were mixed. On the one hand, the combined effort caused the dragon to growl in pain once more which, in turn, caused her to tighten down on her grip of Solas, which made him shriek even worse. On the other hand, it also caused the dragon to lower her head towards the ground, which was the only opening the Inquisitor needed.
The warrior leapt into the air and sank her blade deep into the dragon’s muzzle. The creature opened its mouth and bellowed loudly, rearing backwards. Trevelyan held fast to her sword and rode on the beast’s swaying head, planting her feet against the lower jaw for stability. Then, she shifted so that she gripped her planted sword tightly in her right hand while she freed her left hand to try and pull Solas out of the animal’s mouth.
From initial glance, it appeared that the dragon’s bottom teeth were sunk into the mage’s backpack; she fervently hoped that meant he’d not suffered any injury there. However, he’d most definitely received teeth to his midsection – how deep was hard to tell in their current predicament – and she worried greatly over that. This had to end… and fast.
Fortunately, something either the Iron Bull or Cole did made the dragon leaned forward in pain again, and the Inquisitor seized the opportunity. She quickly yanked the mage up and freed his backpack of the creature’s teeth, then flung him to the nearby ground. It was likely neither a kind nor gentle landing, but at least he was free of the animal’s jaws and out of the immediate threat of complete and total evisceration.  Then, she pulled her sword free and tumbled to the ground after Solas.
“RETREAT!” she shouted to her party. With that, she sheathed her bloody sword and scooped up the elf’s limp body in her arms.
Then, she made a beeline towards a nearby cave with a narrow mouth.
Once inside, she took account of the situation. The Iron Bull and Cole had followed her swiftly inside, and Cole had been vigilant enough to grab Solas’s dropped staff and bring it with him. She also noted that the cave mouth was small enough to discourage the dragon from trying to dig inside, and they were far back enough away that any flame she might try to blow inside would pass by them safely.
All focus shifted to Solas after that. The Inquisitor gently pulled off his backpack and handed it to the Iron Bull with orders to dig out any health poultices he could find. That also helped confirm that no teeth had punctured his back, but his stomach was a different story. Several deep, ragged wounds bled freely, and Trevelyan pressed her hands down in an effort to stem the bleeding.
Outside, the party could hear the injured and angered dragon beating about. But it seemed they were at least free of any immediate danger from her.
The Iron Bull found a promising bottle and lifted the elf’s head, bringing the potion to his lips and gently pouring it down. Solas coughed for a moment before drinking the restorative down like a man parched in the desert. Meanwhile, Cole stripped off his leather tunic, then his cloth undershirt beneath that, before handing the shirt to the Inquisitor.
When she looked at him questioningly, the spirit answered, “To bind his wounds, right?”
She nodded quickly, then pressed the extra material to Solas’s stomach hard and firm. The elf groaned at first, then placed his hands on top of hers, met her eyes, and nodded.
“Bull,” Trevelyan called, “how goes it outside?”
“All quiet for the moment,” he answered before moving towards the cave mouth and looking out carefully for several moments. “I think the dragon’s fled now.”
“Good,” she answered. “If you deem it safe, please go fetch the horses. We return to Skyhold at once.”
