Quizzy's room. On the wall behind the balcony overlooking her bed.
Ah, yeah. Just found it. Hm, sure it wasn't there before? I don't trust myself with things like that, and I was barely ever inside this room. :/

One can only hope ;_;
One can always hope, little one.
There, there. *HUGS*
Also, I was running around Skyhold and has anybody else noticed this?
Spoiler
It definitely wasn't there before I started upgrading Skyhold, and it looks to be in the same style as the elven fresco that Solas painted.
Isn't it a wolf hiding I see on the far right of the painting? ![]()
Hah. Look at me, mind going straight to the frick frack snick snack.
As others have answered, sadly, no.
Why does the phrase "This is why we can't have nice things..." rolling through my head?
Ah, yeah. Just found it. Hm, sure it wasn't there before? I don't trust myself with things like that, and I was barely ever inside this room. :/
Or maybe I just never noticed it before?
Regardless, it looks to be the same style, and it has the Inquisition symbol. No way it was there before the Inquisition took control of Skyhold.
Now I'm imagining Solas sneaking up there to paint something for the Inquisitor to make her room more homey.
Someone needs to be reminded of the Dalish saying "Take the Dread Wolf by the ear."

That kills me every time now, you know?
I will never... ever... EVER be able to hear "Take the Dread Wolf by the ear if he comes" and NOT bust out giggling like a middle school girl hitting puberty.
Saw it discussed so I wanted to throw my two cents in on the final romance scene:
Spoiler
Hmm, the way he calls her "his heart" all throughout and before the scene doesn't suggest to me that his mind was made up. It seems to me that it's here he realizes that in taking things further, as he would want to, he would only make it really hard on Lavellan. It seems there is a constant battle between mind and heart in him, doing what he thinks is right, and doing what he feels and wants. He clearly loves you, but he thinks his duty is too much of a burden to be shared, perhaps?
From being excessively warm and passionate to turning stone cold, it suggests to me an immense inner conflict and battle, as he tries to hold himself back and "do the right thing".
The way he says "in another world..." also seems to suggest that he would see this possible in a world restored,

It's funny because [CENSORED].

Ahh Solas, why you so complicated? (and fascinating) >.<

Poor Merrill.
I kinda want my Quizzy and Merrill to get together and talk sometime.
"So, wait, I don't think I heard that right. He was the Dread Wolf? The Dread Wolf?"
"It's...a long story."
"Ah. Well then.
...D'you think he hears whenever you swear by his name? Creators, I hope he doesn't."
And that made me go look up her explanation of the Betrayal again.
Y'know, endless godly warfare really doesn't sound like a good thing. Listening to this story again, Fen'harel seems a lot more benevolent, even in the Dalish's own lore.

He put them in eternal timeout.
Seems pretty reasonable to me, honestly, given how they were acting.
*shrugs*

Good thing we're not the least bit biased...
But of course you're right ^^

Ahh Solas, why you so complicated? (and fascinating) >.<
I didn't mean for it to sound like he was constantly brooding that he needs to end it, and in what way. Just that he never intended it to start to begin with (as evident in the first two romance scenes, he keeps trying to snap himself out of it, haha). I think from the balcony scene to the Well of Sorrows his mind was almost 100% off of where or how their relationship was going, just that it was going and he was happy.
I adore the "I love you" option, but the "Tell me you don't care!" line gets that great response of "I can't do that". He is totally head over heels in love with this girl, that's why I'm not heartbroken over the romance. Yet. The Quizzie's story isn't over and Solas is now a Dragon Age VIP - we'll see them reunited! /cheerleader rah rahs/

I'm never biased. I just simply choose the correct side every time. ![]()
Eternal time-out. I like that. XD
^ And yet many of you say you'd help Solas undo what he did, if he only gave you the option to help ![]()
I've thought about it some and I've come to the conclusion that I don't think unleashing the gods on the world is a good idea.
Side note: I think Solas broke it off with Lavellan for a combination of several different reasons, not one single reason alone. "It's more complicated than that" after all.

Love is a helluva drug. It can make you do some pretty crazy things. ![]()
I would have to say I agree with you. My gut instinct is that opening the old elvhen floodgates is a bad idea for all of Thedas in general.
My *hope* is that my Lavellan will be able to talk him down from the ledge. Through measured, calm logic since I'm pretty sure that's going to be the only reasonable way to get him to abandon such a goal, if that's his true mission at the moment.

Haha, heck yes. I'm reaaaaally hoping Bioware gives us the option to reunite them ;_;
I think the way forward for the elves of Thedas is something they'll have to create for themselves in the present. The ancient elves and their gods were douchebags. Advanced powerful douchebags, but douchebags. Time for elves to look to the future instead of grubbing around blindly in the ashes of the past. Time for Dalish clans to unite and work together with City Elves to improve their collective lot. Time for elves in leadership positions - Briala, Lavellan, even Solas, if he pulled his egghead out his ass - to use their power for the betterment of the elven people. #realtalk
If she can't talk him down, I hope she can at least defeat him and then have the option of sparing his life.

My thing is that I'm now completely uncertain as to their nature. We only have Solas and Flemeth to go off of in judging the "gods", and I don't consider either to be a power-level that would concern me in waking their peers. Sure, Flemeth can become a dragon and split her soul into pieces...but she's a person with goals, wants, and desires that can be reasoned with.

It is, indeed, more complicated than what we believe and see. I go back and forth from "ELVEN GLORY FTW" to "he put them away for a reason, what if they start ******-slapping each other as soon as they wake up?" He did not think sealing them away would impact his culture so dramatically, but bringing them all back, all at once...all that power they hold? It's...frightening to think about. What would happen? Would they finally listen to him, and even my Lavellan, or would they go out and conquer and raise yet another empire under their "godhood"?
NOW I'M BACK TO "KEEP THEM LOCKED UP". 8[

I would be totally happy if we could at least have a DILF husbando that never was Loghain or Anders type scenario if nothing else should the thing Solas is planning call for it.
