This is adorable. And it even has The Sex Hat in it (I can only imagine Cole's confusion about its libidinous powers). Perfection!

 

I'm so confused about who I'm going to roll with now. I may go with a Knight Enchanter my first time out after all, mainly because playing a stabby rogue is going to deny me the Solas/Cole interactions, and I'm way more apt to head out with two mages than two of anything else. *sigh* I'm going to have so many playthroughs. 

Indeed! hehe That's from Omikuji, too. I'm blaming her for me now trolling around Tumblr finding Solassy goodness.

 

I'm in a similar boat. I am between a ranger style rogue(but I still want to dual wield! I hate using bows!) and a melee oriented mage...I'm still insisting on Dalish for my first playthrough. I am so short and slight...I just can't do a Qunari for my self insert playthrough. It'll be my second playthrough, though probably.

And I think the third spot will just get swapped around between various aunties and uncles as needed/wanted/called for. I'm gonna be seriously sad if I ever have to move Solas or Cole out of the group.

 

Also, thinking that Morrigan might be the Perfect Auntie to Cole. If she is actually a secret companion. If she is I'm going with her, as the perfect third to THFF! (Atleast, as a blind assumption. lol)

I know this isn't specifically Solas related, but did you guys see this? I don't know how I'm ever supposed to use the American voice for my femquisitor when this is an option. She's just adorable.

Oh my god that's brilliant, I love that woman already, I'm sure that I won't be able to choose the American voice either anymore.. Or that voice actress will have to blow our socks off, but I'm so happy with Alix yaaaay!

Ok I have to admit, you're making me really curious, this isn't about the "if Vivienne was able to transform into a bunny" thread is it?.. Because that was just weird from what I read of it

Nah, it was yet another tantrum because...I'm paraphrasing here "Sera is gay and Cass and Vivienne are ugly..." etc...they always make me want to curl up in a ball and cry...the negativity and rudeness was very strong in this one however.. Paragon will attest to that...

Ah well then like you said, I'm glad I never got to see it either, those threads always make me shudder and lose a bit of faith in humanity, but then I think of this thread and it's instantly restored again

Solas speculation: more fuel for unfounded discussion.

 

Do you think Solas will be more focused on what he learns about magic and the fade from his dreaming, or will he be more of a renaissance man (interested in everything)?

 

I could see either view point.  Solas, as a mage and an explorer of the fade may simply be focused on those aspects of what he learns because that is what interests him.  On the other hand, since the fade tends to reflect strong emotions he may well have been exposed to music, plays and works of literature that evoked a strong emotional response from those who listened/watched/read.  Eureka moments (think Galileo, da Vinci, Einstein) should also have left strong impressions. This opens a whole array of possibilities for his character development.
