So how many of you had your Lavellan´s drink from the well? I´m thinking about letting Nahal drink from it,for dramas sake
I did because MY HERITAGE!!!
Also i reloaded when i let Solas remove my Vallsalin cause she didn't look the same without it.

My first Lavellan had her Vallaslin removed, partly because she had the faded tree one which looked like strange wrinkles in certain light
Also the moment was right and she was a bit more gullible.
My current quizzie however is much more her own person, stubborn and looks damn good with her marking and knows it. She matches her makeup and everything ![]()
She would def. wear it for herself, not the old Gods.
I was so pleasantly surprised that Solas acknowledge me taking Knight Enchanter as my specialization and its Elven connection to the past. It was a good feeling, i can't see Lavellan as any of the other mage specializations now.

Agreed. I mean look at that perfection..

Oh, really? Hmm... now I might go for that with my new mage.
So Solas fans, I was wondering. How many removed the facial tatoos and which reaction did you folks choose to him breaking up with the inquisitor? Angry? Upset?
I basically designed my latest Ellana with no tattoos so she wouldn't look weird when they were gone, then slapped em' on. I was really hoping I could have made them white like on the tarot card, but I couldn't, so I went with the background color instead.

Mine drank from the well because she thought that she should know more about her heritage and she also thought that because she is an elf it's her duty to pay the price. She also didn't trust Morrigan and didn't want to give her the power. I also believe that by drinking from the well my Lavellan is now bound to Solas and he can't get away from her completely.

I'm really, really hoping for a mirror like the Black Emporium or a preset operator so I can remake her again for my canon playthrough. She's not the best looking, but she's mine and I adore her. (Seriously you guys have mad skills with the generator!) I can't imagine anyone else in my headspace romancing Solas.
I wanted to add my sad-puppy-Lavellan-pic, but I can't? ![]()
I work full time and have a second play through going too, so it would be awhile before I get that quest. Other wise I'd submit! We were going to
That's why we are collecting sad faces
We need more!
This was my reaction during the last romance scene ): I didn't expect the breakup, so I was enjoying the intimate demonstration of love and then BAM.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this...
The last romance scene with Solas is taken place in Crestwood.
At first I thought it was only created just for that scene but I actually found that place yesterday.
Oh my heart... ![]()
So how would folks in this thread react if Solas became the primary villain for the inevitable post game expansion pack or DLC?
Hi everyone! I'm very sorry if what I am about to ask has been previously discussed - I don't want to read the whole thread as I haven't finished the game yet and a cursory search brought up nothing. So, I've just finished "Here lies the Abyss" with Solas in my party and it seems like everyone - companions, advisors, random people at Skyhold - has something to say about that quest. Except Solas. I really would have expected him to have some major dialogue about his favorite topic (the faaaade), so now I'm worried this is a bug in my game. Can anyone reassure me?
Re: Abyss
Solas does have banter during that quest, though I don't think he has any more than any other character. He basically has a hardon the whole time. The faaaaaaadddddeeeeeee.
I don't remember anything too specific afterwards but I'm sure someone here can be more informative.
If you bring both Solas and Cole, there's some unique banter between the two as well.

It would have to be done mind-bogglingly well for me to even consider playing a DLC where Solas becomes the Big Bad. I'm invested in his character and I'm invested in the Solavellan arc, so I want the latter to affect the former in a big way. If he's the main villain and that's it, it's going to be difficult for me not to feel railroaded into a story. Especially since: 1) I'm not entirely opposed to Solas' goals as they appear to be now and 2) I don't personally think BW has done a good job in the past of creating complex villains (I don't agree that Saren or Loghain - as they are presented in-game - are particularly sympathetic characters). Does that mean they could never create a complex villain? No. But selfishly I hope they don't start with the one character I happen to want to succeed.
I'd much rather see him in the moral-grey area that Flemeth inhabits. I think that fits better with his character (as presented thus far) anyway (his imagery is all about the in-between existence). Not to say that he won't do things that are bad, just don't want to see him as THE biggest baddest guy in the game.
I wanted to add my sad-puppy-Lavellan-pic, but I can't?
You can. Submit it to our thread (link in my signature) or message me your screenshot
I will add you Lavellan a bit later today ![]()

Or idk. Maybe I should finish the Emerald Graves, the Solasan temple and then the main story. My Lavallen is already at level 17 and I'm afraid she might be too leveled up by the time she's ready to give Cory the smack down.
I think you have time - it is not like we re going to finish our collage today ![]()
Btw, the banter from Cole on the breakup is in the OP.
The OP has also been updated.
So I...did make another Lavellan. And somehow I adore Lenalas (Child + Earth = Child of the Earth...I went for the natural warrior trope.) already. Even more than my current Lavellan, Taleyah. I think I will really have a problem switching between the two. And it will be so much fun to play the rough type, especially when it comes to the Solas romance! And oh my gosh, I didn't knew this hair could look so good! It fits perfectly with the american voice, too.

Ah, sorry, I should have clarified - I'm specifically talking about post-quest dialogue back at Skyhold. I got proper cut-scenes from Cassandra, Varric, Bull, Josephine, Dorian, Cole, I'm probably forgetting someone... and even the background NPCs are commenting on the events, so it seems so odd to have Solas of all people not have anything new to say.
Although either way I'm now tempted to have another go at the quest and bring Cole, too!
It would certainly be a lot harder if we are playing as the Inquisitor. If they do that, then I think the writers will have to be careful not to reuse concepts here. We already have Hawke who has the choice to support, redeem or execute a romanced Anders. It's also possible to have that continuation mirror Morrigan's dlc too much.
If Solas becomes the Big Bad, I won't be surprised but I will be super sad for my Lavallen :-( I do think it's more realistic that Solas will be treated the way Morrigan and Flemeth have been: powerful npcs who drift in and out of the games and comics and sometimes their activities coincide with the current Big Hero's.
You know what haven't been done before? Dying together.
Spoiler
Yeah, but it's fun to see him hurt after what he did. lol
Can you take a proper screenshot on xbox 360? Or, is everyone taking screenshots of their Lavallen on a PC? I have pictures of my Lavallen that I would like to share, but they are cruddy cell phone on an old tv quality.
