I thought having slap, punch, and fireball was encouraging us to be too violent. Maybe just replace slap with punch.

Edit - there could also be a [Grab on and Never Let Go] option.

If/when we get to meet Solas again, I hope our dialog wheel options are

1. Solas!!!!
2. [Hug Him]
3. [Slap Him]

Special. [Fireball!]

Out of likes, but oh man. I would not be able resist the temptation of that fireball option, haha haha. So good! XD

In my headcannon, when I encounter him again he will have a lustrous head full of gorgeous elfy hair. I will also be a mage. At this point, I want my dialogue options to be:

1. [Insert blackest and most vile elven curse here]

2. Throw a Masterball!

3. Throw bait (some ancient text or scroll) then throw a Safariball.

4. Shout "Elven Glory!" and GLOMP him

5. Special

Special:

1. Stonefist to the face

2. Winter's Grasp to turn him into a statue that I will mount in my quarters

3. Fire Mine to blow him up and show him true pain and solitude

4. Glyph of Paralysis to keep him still as I shave all his gorgeous hair off and polish the surface *evil face*

I may have some...unresolved emotions >_>

My Lavellan will be all...

Have another question--and sorry if this has been discussed before but I am a bit late to the party and unequal to the task of going through 1k+ pages:

Is it ever explicitly established in the game that a romanced Solas and the Inquisitor had...you know, relations?

I know there's no scene for it, but at one point there's a conversation option that says "Is your grim and fatalistic thing just a ploy to get me into bed" and Solas response is "I am grim and fatalistic but getting you into bed is just a pleasant side effect."  When I saw that I'm like WHOA WHAT WHEN??  We got in bed together?  And here I thought we didn't ever get past first base (although you do go for the butt-grab)...

I've also read somewhere that Cassandra comments that Solas smells like your perfume and of course I've seen the shot where Sera says he probably shouts "Elven glory" when you're doing it, but those could just be the companions knowing you're together and making assumptions.

Patrick Weekes, who wrote Solas, said it was deliberately left up to the player whether or not Lavellan and Solas slept together. It's in the FAQ in the first post but here's the link to the post with his tweet: http://forum.bioware...3#entry17940316

Does anyone else want Eve Myles (Merrill's voice actress) to voice their Lavellan?  I use Alix Wilton Regan for mine, and it works OK for her.  I still think Eve Myles would be better XD

Oh dear. I'm kinda glad, as awesome as a voice she had, I would have constantly been reminded of Gwen from Torchwood.

My Lavellan, if given the option and sufficient explanation (no more secrets!) will forgive him. She's aaaall about second chances and redemption. If she can offer a second chance to Alexius, she can certainly extend her forgiveness to her ex.

Patrick Weekes said himself that it is supposed to be ambiguous. There are a few little things people say (Sera's line as you mentioned. The bartender can say something about "bedding your companions" too), but nothing too concrete. I haven't heard anything about Cassandra...if that exists I must find it!

EDIT: Ninja'd

I believe the general consensus was that the writers wanted the player to determine that in their own headcannon. There's enough implications for the fact to go either way, so it's up to you. There's no 100% defined confirmation. From what I understand, some feedback told the writers that should such a scene be included, it would feel "rapey" or inappropriate due to certain aspects of Solas's past and future.

Here's that tweet people are mentioning:

user
@PatrickWeekes Solasmancers have come to a stand still, so now you are the tiebreaker, Did Solas & Lavellan do the frick frack snick snack?

Patrick Weekes
@user I actually wanted that to be deliberately decided by each player for herself.

It's never been confirmed that the scene in question was related to Solas (or any other companion). It could have been in regards to almost any companion.

That wasn't about Solas. It was an unrelated plotline.

My Lavellan will mostly be relieved to see him again. Both because she loves him, and the fact that having him in the visual means that for at least the next couple of minutes she's not going to have to wonder what he's getting up to.
