Does anyone else kind of hope to see a scene where Lavellen is in some terrible danger only to have Solas swoop in in wolf form and completely wreck their opponents? I think that'd be a very, ah, nice way to be introduced to it  

 

I do and...I don't? I want Lavellan to win a little over Solas. He's the more powerful one in the relationship right now and it allows him to patronize her a bit. I'd love for her to best him and/or be powerful in her own right without his guidance/protection. Then she can be all "Sure you're Fen'Harel but I'm Lavellan, goddess of being a BAMF"

 

After she has that moment bring on the wolf-rescuing.

If how he treated the mages in his personal quest is any indication, it'd be a very bad day for whoever is on his bad side no matter what form he arrived in.

 

Do you suppose that was a "hardening" scene like what Leliana had in Haven...? I guess maybe we'll know the "important" things like that when the tiles go up in the Keep.

I'm sure it would be important. You don't just throw scenes like that around willy-nilly right? Letting Leliana kill some people apparently leads to her going nutso >.>

Hm, I don't know.  I think even if Lavellan stopped him from killing those mages, he'd still flip out if someone hurt or endangered Lavellan.

I looked at the Bioware store 'cause it said there were new giclees in stock...I'm still waiting for Solas' romance card to be made into one. Seriously, I would be on that so fast I'd get dizzy.

So...I wonder what would happen if well-drinking Lavellan were to go back to the Shrine of Mythal to request help in finding Solas? Mythal is/was the goddess of love. Is she compelled to answer? I imagine she at least "hears" the prayer/request if it's done at the shrine. Bet that'd get troublesome for Solas/Mythal >.>

The white one (hierophant) shows up if you romance him, regardless of whether or not you let him kill the mages.

 

I think it will be more like...if you let him kill them then try to stop him from making a similar decision in the future he will be all "pssh no," similar to what happens with Leliana. Or those mages will show up having summoned something worse/bigger (they didn't seem to have learned their lesson).

Ok so I created another Lavellan I know I'm a glutten for heartache I named her  Faolán it means little wolf Um I also gave her the American Accent it is to say the least very weird playing with the American Accent,but I'm going to stick with it  I'm hoping the American Accent responses are at least somewhat comical.

That is weird I got The Hierophant(white wolf) totally romanced him I let him kill the mages too tapped it in more than one way

I wonder that she would try to track him down at all, unless the story made it absolutely necessary. Maybe go to look at his village because she'd want to see that for herself, but trying to find him just because they were together for awhile and he left doesn't feel like a good enough reason. At least for my Lavellan, I could see her keeping an eye out and listening for word of him but not go hell-bent on seeking him. She still has the inquisition to lead and duties and probably figures he had something to do too, as confusing as the whole ending sequence was for her to process. "Wait, what do you mean we can't --? Oh, sorry, it broke... wait, where'd you go??"

 

But she still hopes he comes back so she can finally kick him in the shins. Just once.

and guys I know I post my fics here a lot but I have a lot of feels and I totally want to share them (actually these are all requests from fellow Solavellan fans on Tumblr and I have about four more I have to fill in the next couple of days)

Feel free to tell me to shut up about these if I'm being annoying about them. (I'm a writer by nature but always have struggled with finding time since I had my daughter so me writing this much is a big deal to me but ya'll don't want my life story)

I kind of know what to expect, but I can't progress...I'll draw Solas pictures until I'm ready I guess.

This is pretty much how my Inquisitor feels, at least for a while. She's got a responsibility, as much as she would like to track him down, she's got an organization to lead. And it makes her feel horribly trapped and frustrated. She might take a break and poke around for him but it would be after a while I think.
