Soon, I shall add to the pile of fanart.

Man, I would love to keep playing my quizzy. I love her. I was attached to the Warden and Hawke, but that was more that I liked the story and universe. I actually like my quizzy, even without the Solas angle. I want to make a super evil/vengeful quizzy and make Thedas tremble at my feet and lead it to their ruin and me the Empress of the Ashes. I need this. Of course, I really do like my benevolent wise quizzies. I don't know. They are so powerful and they have such potential.
I am sure there is going to be an ending for all the quizzies that will give us the option to use the mark as Cory wanted to. I mean, even Morrigan asked if you would want to become a god. There are so many hints and questions surrounding that. I can't imagine a person with godhood literally in the palm of their hand not, at least, asking questions and trying to understand what that means. If not using it ...
God and Goddess Harell from the Fade (being announced at a Orlesian ball)

Bah, I have no idea what you're talking about.
Take your medicine and stop talking nonsense.

I bring more fanart!
"What will you do when the Dread Wolf finds you?
I found the blizzard scene to be a powerful scene over all. There you are- alone, hurting, probably thinking you’ll die before anyone can find you and in the distance you can hear wolf howling. I was honestly expecting some wolf ambush to happen but it never did.
Like many others, I like to think Fen’Harel was guiding Levallan and just as she’s about to collapse, he’s the last thing she sees. "

Speaking of the wolf howling! I said a while ago I'd pay attention the next time I got to that part of the game to see where the howls were coming from. Thanks to my new headphones, I can safely say that, to my ears at least, the howls were coming from behind and to the sides of the Inquisitor. Since I doubt any Inquisitor would want to get eaten by wolves, the only direction left to go would be towards the quest marker.
There's an option to turn off the quest marker or make it fade on the mini-map, right? That'd be some great immersion there. Wolves howling from all directions but one, and the only direction left to go winds up being the right one. Nice.

The Tarot deck has a grouping known as the Acolyte Cards. The Acolytes are a pair of subservient individuals in the card's foreground. The Hierophant is the first Acolyte Card, numerically, in the Tarot. The Acolytes are the two priests who kneel before the Pope. Following him are The Lovers Card, which illustrates a man and a woman surrendering to their love for each other; The Chariot, which shows two sphinx submitting their control of the riddle of fate to the chariot's driver; The Devil, who has two prisoners chained to their self-destructive cycle of pleasure-seeking; The Tower, which shows two previously comfortable homesteaders randomly disrupted from their domicile; and one card from the Minor Arcana, the Six of Pentacles, which is the card of giving or receiving charity. If The Hierophant appears in your reading along with another Acolyte Card, your individuality is being subsumed to a higher cause in an epic surrender of self to ideal. This may or may not be a good thing, but it is something to be aware of.

Oh.
Yes, I agree. I mostly meant that if he's doing anything that would be considered "dominant," I think he'd still let Lavellan lead. Giving her subtle direction without being domineering. I don't think there would be any real power dynamics, but he's certainly confident and experienced, so I imagine he'd keep their... bedroom activities going smoothly. No awkward fumbling on his part.Ha! I remember saying that myself, way back when. Though really, I don't think he engages in the dominance stuff at all.
I'm really choosy with my fanfic (so choosy that I haven't read any in years), but I found this one fic that's just perfect. It's so in-character. Confident, but not domineering. Gentle, but passionate. And always holding back right up to the point where he isn't. In my mind, it really crystallizes what I don't like about the whole Dominant!Solas thing. You can do sexy while not going into power dynamics.
I can't wait to see how they make the head of a large and powerful organization like the Inquisition disappear.
She will have to help the world from afar, with Solas at her side ![]()
I imagine them both living on Skyhold doing Uthenera things to prevent another fade breach
Or they could burn the Inquisitor at the stake, like Andraste.

Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but this song seems like it really fits the solavellan romance.
Oh god I have a huge James Blunt crush. His most famous also works for Solas:
Also a huge David Bowie fan and love this one for Solas daydreaming.. Talks about dying alone and the need of never losing control.. Which to me Solas has both in spades
*coughs*
So I just experienced a very odd moment..I went to go talk to Solas at the Orlesian Ball and my Female elf who has an American accent just turned into a British male accent when she asked Solas if he would like to dance.
....I'm laughing my butt off I...don't know. What? O.O
LOL! ![]()
Ya'll have probably experienced this too....weird.

I love this fanbase.
or this one...
See these tears so blue
An ageless heart
that can never mend
These tears can never dry
A judgement made
can never bend
See these eyes so green
I can stare for a thousand years
Just be still with me
You wouldn't believe what I've been thru
You've been so long
Well, it's been so long
And I've been putting out fire
with gasoline
putting out fire with gasoline
Nothing to do with the topic in and of itself, but an interesting coincidence turned up by my iTunes library. ![]()
Also a word in Irish, as it turns out.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there an explanation or hint as to why Solas' tarot card at the end changes to a wolf with 3 eyes? Is that supposed to be the representation of the god and if so is the three eyes significant?
I'm romancing Solas now on my second playthrough, gotta say it's a lot more mysterious than Cullen's (who I romanced first) in a good way.
