The gif. This is how I pretty much reacted when I first saw the tarot card, after the third romance. Ugh.
And those two kids... That is so Solas. Could picture him with that hair, though his eyebrows suggest he is blonde.

Not sure if any of you play Animal Crossing but this was too cute to resist posting, Solas looks so bitter
I had played lots of Animal Crossing on my 3DS.
But then I got Pokemon X.
And then I got several other games..
And now DAI doesn't let me play other games, it gets jealous and punishes me with bad loot and lack of Solas banter.
Guys.... all this talk of elves having a "special connection" to the fade is super depressing. The magic in Thedas has always been my favourite read, but having always played human mages... and learning that they may be excluded from whole worlds of magic.... ugh. I feel like I am grieving for my whole Dragon Age experience!
On an unrelated note, the thread discussing the Black City is interesting to follow - but I cannot shake the repeated idea that everything in the fade is a 'reflection'. So theoretically, the black city itself could be empty simply because it is also a reflection of a real place somewhere. I feel like I cannot commit myself to any theories until it is confirmed that the black city is... well, not a reflection.
My Solfession of the Day:
One Lavellan is running around doing every single quest on the map (with Solas, of course) because I cannot bear to play through that last scene again.
In yet another attempt to get over this, I decided to go back and replay DA:O, romancing the heck out of Alistair because that can be a happy ending, damn it! Lasted half a day. Still resisting the Pull of the Bald Elf, I played my happy Trevalyan for a while. 'A while' meaning a couple hours before that too lost its appeal.
And then what did I do? Damned if I didn't make another Lavellan just so I could play through once more from the start.
It's HOPELESS. 
I just finished an art last night and have started another. Both are Solas related and I have a dozen more ideas that I want to draw but my hand doesn't work as fast as my brain does so they will probably pile up as I go.
I have a problem.

I really wish I could draw. My Lavellan has deep red hair, and I can't find any Solas romance fan art that looks like her. 
I named her Atisha, which is Elvan for Peace. I think it suits her..and the romance. She gives Solas some peace while they are together. I probably made her like 10 times before I was finally happy with her and her name. I'm rambling..I'm tired..I didn't get much sleep. I kept thinking about Solas and making up fanfic in my head. 
I had to roll a dwarf male character or I was totally going to have a total emotional melt down. Gahhhhh Solas what have you gone and done to me

I died when I saw the dialog, I should have picked that dialog option, I'm like swooning all over the place.

Don't feel bad I can't draw to save my life. The only thing I'm good at or so I've been told is meshing in 3ds max,but that is mostly for modding other games I mod.

I don't..I'm playing on my XBox. She has the ponytail hair and deep forest green eyes, light pink lips and her skin is about one shade darker than Solas'. Oh..and she has the tattoo that looks like a tree on her forehead..it's a soft brownish red color. *squees with fangirlish glee at the thought of art*

Someone made a romance module using Solaufein back when modding was at its height for NWN. Oh my. It was perfection. I have the module backed up and saved and will never let it go. Ever. Not sure if it's still available, the author removed it after people made some pretty nasty attacks against her. Worth finding if possible, because yes. Perfection.
Casavir can go get bent though. I'm all about Gann.
I'm still giggling at the idea of a crossover between MotB and DAI. Dreamwalkers and spirits everywhere! The campfire conversations would be epic.

Solas did make me think about Gann a little. I loved the Bishop romance mod though. I have a thing for the bad boys..lol.

It sounds so much like mine, just mine has freckles and gray-ish eyes.
I'll work on something tomorrow, it's kind of late here already and I'm going to watch the Hobbit in like an hour

Solas and Okku would be fast friends.
So, on my Trevallyn (or however you spell it) playthrough...where Solas hates my guts...I'm having to work really hard to keep him hating my guts.
I'm completely terrible at Wicked Hearts, my lLavellan managed to finish with about 20 court approval, and this time I was at 90 when the save Celene option came up, but I had 1 health potion remaining, most of my party with no health remaining, so basically in no shape to do another fight. So I went the no blood-shed route, which got me a ton of approval with Solas. Sigh.
From a role-playing standpoint, this character should also exile the Wardens. Which will be more Solas approval....so hard to keep him hating me!
Otherwise...I cant stop thinking about that smile on his face after you kiss him the first time. He's just so happy!
