My Inquisitor won't chase him, won't look for him, and won't try to convince him that he's worth being loved (ok - she'd do that once).
Her course is true, and she's looking towards the future, and how she can use the Inquisition to make the world better. I think that's why she and Sera got along so well, despite being Dalish - the past is the past, nothing will ever be like it was. She wants to remember history so that it doesn't repeat itself, but there are more than the elves on this rock now. She can look at the Inquisition itself and see that integration makes for a strong organization (and a common enemy). She sees with the Dalish, and with the Grey Wardens that secrets get us nowhere.
She's worried about what could have been so bad that he left without saying anything. Of course, she hopes he's ok, and she does miss him (his advice, his stories, his time), she's worried about him, and worried about whether she needs to prepare for whatever it was that scared him so badly.
If the theories about him trying to resurrect the Elven Empire are true, she'd actively stand in his way. She'd also take him to task for thinking he could just overthrow a government, leave slaves in charge, take a nap, and wake up to a new glorious ELVEN EMPIRE.
