Thanks, I already have the Ancient Elf Robes from the Temple of Sylaise and the Keeper Robes from the Dalish camp but want to make them something a big stronger ..So yes you know as usual Solas Wolfy can walk away with the teams best stuff 
It's cool that that works for you! I wish I could figure something similar out for myself but if the primary goal is closing the Breach, the mages make more sense to most of my characters, even if the mages are being idiots. =/ Maybe I should make fewer mage characters.
With my mage character I also stick with helping the mages. Would feel wrong to give up on them.
The only choice I havent tried is allying the templars. Maybe on a very Adrastian/pro-chantry run one day...

I'm starting a qunari warrior now. Maybe she will be suspicious of magic.
I haven't done that either. As it turns out, my only religious character is a mage.

Bioware considers doing something, it doesn't pan out that way, and people flip their ****. The same thing happened when Sera was "whitewashed". Yes it's very damaging when stuff like this actually happens, but the final product is the final product and anything before that is just a concept.

I have it on all my PT's, the best thing to do is find a chest in the Emprise and save before you open it, keep reloading until you get the Battlemage mail schematic.

I like the idea of Leliana as Divine, but I have a hard time picking the options that would lead to that in my Lavellan's playthrough (ally with mages, support Briala). On the whole she agrees more with Cass--you can't force people to change, especially not when Thedas is already in such dire straits. Also, being able to b****slap Celene, Gaspard, and Briala is just too awesome.
And maybe it's just me, but I kind of couldn't stand Briala in DA:I. I liked her a lot in Masked Empire, but something about her VA drove me nuts. She's also a lot more hostile and condescending in DA:I.
I do wish the narrative explored Briala's character more. It is a shame she isn't given more coverage, which is as true for the Orlesian Eluvians as well as her cause to empower the elves; there really isn't much to the elven rebellion (particularly when you consider that we explore the Dales - a region that's supposed to be predominantly elven), except for this rather brief quest.
Still, even with the brevity she was given, I prefer supporting Briala to either Gaspard or Celene, particularly after what happened to the elves of Halamshiral.

It could be either or, although my guess is that they wanted him bi. As for why they're angry about that, they don't say... they just choose to throw rocks at him and put words in his mouth, it's hard to believe these people are the same species sometimes.
People always have a way of showing themselves to be horrible, I guess.
A lot of ideas and thoughts and outlines are done during a creative process that will never make it to the final product. It's not a slight against anyone if people ran out of time or they decided in the end it didn't fit a character. It's just something that was never done, a half-finished idea that never took anything away from anyone.
I really wish more people understood how this works, because it's really a shitty thing to react in such a nasty way to people who did a damn good job delivering four years of their life in a neat little package for everyone to enjoy. And what happens? People spend more time crying and whining and complaining over things that aren't there than enjoying what there is. It's disheartening to say the least.
