:: Flials :: I will forever see that ebil scene that does not really exist in my head....with him like this.
:: Tears up :: This breaks both my Whovian/Solas fan heart!
Dunno if anyone remembers but I mentioned earlier I'm going through my canon again. Went to do the Mage Circle quest, forgot it was the one where you go into the Fade (my least favorite) and now I keep getting distracted by Solas fanart. All I wanted to do was get through to read all the codices and now I can't make it past the first quest xD
Oh well.
More child-Solas, this one with black hair.
This is just funny:

Haha, I was just eyeing those. They're so cute. XD
Now I can't stop thinking about what Solas and the other companions would do if the Inquisitor went to an Orlesian brothel haha XD Somehow I see Solas getting hit on and rebuking the advances in the most smooth-as-silk way possible. It's a shame we didn't get to experience that. Dorian would've been totally jelly at all the attention Solas would get lol ![]()
Just wanted to share this beautiful picture I found while I was bored and looking up wolf pictures on Google images.
Good question! So, I have a question....Does anyone have and opinion on what the Void may be? I get the impression that it is different from the fade. I was just reading the story of Andruil from the Temple of Mythal and was curious of opinions.

Found this will looking at fan art and enjoyed this one so much I decided to share.
Good question!
The Void... it sounds so ominous! (Hail Sithis!)
The Void is supposed to be emptiness, lack of anything. In the Elder Scrolls mythos I imagine it is nothingness. If your soul is destined there it never returns, you simply cease to exist. But Andruil is able to return (missing only a few bits of her sanity), so it is physical, like the Fade. The Forgotten Ones also live there...maybe the Void is where the blight originated and Andruil brought it to the Golden City when she crossed over? I mean I think it's strange Solas seems to allude to the fact he knows more about the blight then he should and....and this theory is really farfetched! Sorry I'm sleepy and my imagination is going wildI have this feeling though that eventually everything is going to connect,
The Old Gods
The Forgotten Ones
The Elven Gods
The Blight
The Void
The Fade
The Golden/Black City
Lyrium
Loss of Elvhen immortality and magic
And... I hope Solas isn't mixed up in all this X)
Yes, the void seems to be a real aspect that has hardly been touched on. I wonder if the anvil of the void is related to this in some way as well. There are just so many possibilities! Also, the elven writing the temple of Mythal they talk about the people gathered there were getting ready to attack the pillars of the world....What the heck are the pillars of the world!?
So, I have a question....Does anyone have and opinion on what the Void may be? I get the impression that it is different from the fade. I was just reading the story of Andruil from the Temple of Mythal and was curious of opinions.

There are more worlds out there than just Thedas and the Fade...according to Morrigan, anyway. The Void is, presumably, the home of the Forgotten Ones, because Andruil goes there to hunt them.
I just got Solas conversation at the weirdest time. It's the whole conversation about Arlathan and magic and the Dalish.
When I played as an elf I got this conversation in Haven- all during the first conversation with Solas after the prologue.
This time (as a human Mage) I just got that. I've already done all his personal quests and maxed our his approval and the only quest I've got left is what pride had wrought and the end few.
I never got it all in my first playthrough, as a human warrior.
I'm sure that's probably how it's supposed to be but it came at such different times so it was really jarring.
Actually, yeah, this happened to me too. The way I see it, talking to elves about elven magic isn't seen by Solas as being anything particularly monumental - but in discussing those same topics with a human or dwarf or Qunari, he is trusting them with elven knowledge. Dalish elves, while not Solas' favourite people, are at least elven, and have some inherent right to discuss Arlathan, etc, whereas the other races have to prove themselves worthy, in a sense.
Found a Solavellan song to cry to: it's the ending theme to Legend of Korra when the girls go into the spirit world together. Hmm, sounds familiar... *cough* goingintothefadetogether :3 Still hoping we get a DLC that ends like this with Solas and Lavellan
People will find something to complain about no matter what.
Well, I think the complaints are legit. It cheapens the diversity of the different types of sexuality out there if every companion is bisexual + romances every race.
Ohhh man. This is a big bag of worms to open, particularly in light of the post-well translated Temple of Mythal codex material. No time to delve at the moment, but bookmarking this for massive theory dump later. @w@
I would love to read it! I love to rummage through all the different theories out there!

Also, after going to the Temple of Mythal and listening to Solas give his various thoughts on the elven gods....I think if he does manage to set them free, Elgar'nan is going to be our next big bad personally.
I'm tagging Andruil and Falon...Fal'on...Din...Falon'Din? As the two biggest crazies. I think Mythal is going to be the yin to Elgar'nan's yang. Assuming she's still alive. Also, after going to the Temple of Mythal and listening to Solas give his various thoughts on the elven gods....I think if he does manage to set them free, Elgar'nan is going to be our next big bad personally.
