I should of listened to your warning. I didn't. That is an abomination. Haha.So I was looking for inspiration to make solas as an unwashed apostate. So I thought "Samson looks gross, maybe I can pull him up." I wasn't wrong. Just a warning you might not want to see.

I'm still not seeing the resemblance of the eluvian to the fresco. Maybe I'm missing something.
As for whether Lavellan would pursue him or not, mine will be telling herself that's not what she's doing as she researches the orbs and eluvians.
It's a bit of a stretch, I'll admit. The poses of the statues are very different from the poses of the creatures in the mural. Still, I can't shake off the feeling that just by the wolf being on the left and the dragon being on the right for both the statues and the mural, that it serves as a clue that will eventually lead the Inquisitor to the eluvian, and then eventually to Solas. Of course, this is assuming that the creatures depicted in the mural ARE a wolf and a dragon respectively.

Well sorry Solas, it's a bit hard to admire their intelligence and practicality when six of them are mobbing me. I don't care if they're being controlled by a demon they're all going down.

I actually think the implication was that she was already asleep in her bed? By that I mean she was already dreaming when she finds him in his study and that's what I took from Solas' "You continue to surprise me" line when she speaks to him. He was surprised she'd sought him out that way (also by her level of control over her dreams which would allow her to hop into his dreams so easily).

Luckily my FC knew well ahead of time that I would drop off the face of the earth on Nov 21st, I even gave them a countdown in FC chat while I waited for the game to unlock. I did have to log in on Saturday to go to a wedding though...
This is the only way it really makes sense to me, although it does mean that Solas was having a pretty boring dream when you encounter him in it. Like one of those really lousy ones where you dream about work or whatnot and then wake up and have to actually go to work all over again. Worst. Dreams. Ever.
On the other hand, I really like the idea of him fascinating Lavellan with another story of the Fade and his intoxicating voice puts her out like a light because she's had an exhausting day, and he carries her to bed where they continue the conversation in Fade-Haven. The main problem with it is that all inquisitors meet him in the Fade there. By the way, I think he was like "I want to show you something, go to sleep in your bed"
And then met the Inqi in the fade, Inqi found her/himself in Haven without doubting and without remembering that they went to sleep because dreams work that way (things that don't make sense in dreams usually go unnoticed).
I can't imagine her sleeping all the time - walking through Skyhold, chatting with people and then finding herself speaking with Solas and traveling all the way to Haven and then finding out she's been dreaming XD
PLOT TWIST
Everything in DAI is Solas dreaming during his Uthenera.

Everybody's in a coma in DAI and sharing a big massive dream, a bit like the Matrix.
And Solas is hosting the dream, that's why he is a god.
Since I'm collecting shards at the moment... They have this whisper sound too... Maybe this is this back play thingy too, like the well?

BTW before the game came out, Gaider talked about a scene written by a male writer which, when they discussed it in the writers' pit, they decided sounded too "rapey" so they took it out. Anyone think it might have been a Solas sex scene? Already some people are creeped out by Blackwall sleeping with the Inquisitor while he's got skeletons in his closet. A god who can literally manipulate someone's dreams, "doing it" with you, maybe in the Fade... I wonder if that's what he was talking about.

If I recall correctly I don't think that scene was related to romance. Maybe it was, though, because it was mentioned as sexual. Here.

Since I don't think they'd intentionally make a romance creepy and subverting.
