Oh yes, that camp. They just kept appearing and appearing like the Energizer Bunny keeps going and going. I was running out of potions and I just wanted to set up the camp but those bears. There were also smugglers.

It seem alot of people experienced that obstacle. I spent an hour being solo chased by bears. The only reason they died was because I had that random chance lightning assistant. I wasn't willing to leave the place alone until i set up camp.

Merry Christmas Solas enthusiasts. I wrote a short fanfiction for my friend, as a Chrstimas present, but since it is - mostly - a Solas and Lavellan fluff inspired piece, I thought some of you might enjoy it.

 

With Cunning Steps

 

It is a story based on one of my former stories called "The Cost of Life". There is a short introduction piece to inform you of the events you need to know, but it is mostly about Solas trying to keep his distance and Lavellan dealing with her uncertainty as being  the Inquisitor.

I'm totally cool with him being messed up. It's all so messed up and I love it. So long as the only truth was that he loved the inquisitor, I'm cool with how evil or chaotic he really is.

Sorry to break into the front like this, but I'm catching up on the thread and this perfectly sums up my emotions.

 

It sucks so much, because there are definite moments in the game where I look at Solas and think, "Is this all part of your grand evil plan?"

 

Then I ignore it ... it doesn't matter ... all that matters is fade kisses and butt grabs and telling the quizzy how super awesome she is.

Since I'm collecting shards at the moment... They have this whisper sound too... Maybe this is this back play thingy too, like the well?

 

The whispering sound also comes when you are closing rifts..personally I found it uber creepy..

Hahaha!Most hilarious thing being that it was indeed Solas who said that it was a good place to camp.(He's always the one who says that,when he's in my party.)

Oh, God... this song just came up on my iPod and the lyrics... they seem pretty darn Solavellan, particularly from Solas's viewpoint.

Some of the lines are actually hysterically ironic, given everything ("Wish I could be her creator"... LMAO).

He's just so very long-suffering.  Although making him do horrible things like that makes me scared he is silently comparing me to Meredith.

 

If Solas' default look is his hands clasped behind his back and a wry smirk, then Cullen's is a face palm and a sigh.
